I begrudgingly accept that I had to pay £75 delivery, but when it didn't arrive in 4 days and I had no confirmation about delivery, I had to chase. It will (hopefully) finally turn up over a week after the order, and for £75 delivery for a small order I would have expected a far better courier experience.

Very helpful, quick with samples, I quick delivery of final order. Nice to work with a company like this.

Good price for what I had,
Delivery cost was very good compared to other similar businesses.
Packaging wasn't great but that could have been the courier..

When bricks were delivered, they were loose on top of the pallet never came in the box, like the other brick slips when fitted we waited three days then point in after that like they told me to . . The corner ones cracked about 15 of them out of 70 asked for a refund and got refused due to them being fitted

Wrong product delivered but nice staff on the phone trying to sort. 🤞🏽

What an experience I had with this company I ordered brick slips from them online paid nearly £600 for them.I was sent a delivery date which never came as I now know we’re not in stock in the first place so I phoned the company for my money back and gave them my card details which they had anyway.The long and short of it was they said they put it into my account which they definitely did not (confirmed by Mastercard fraud department)and basically accused me in an email saying if I continue to ask (for my own money back) they would class it as an act of fraud which is now in the hands of my lawyer).Master card have paid me my money back as they know I was telling the truth as they contacted my bank for confirmation that no money went into my account from brickslipsdirect.I have had no apology and still don’t know what happened to my money buyer please please beware of this company they way they treat there customer is terrible and advertising goods they don’t have taking the money when you ask for it back they send you on a wild goose chase to retrieve it which they still as far as I am aware of Still have it I wish a big thanks to master card fraud team as they were very professional investigating this transaction.

I'm a homeowner with no building experience, and we're having an extension built. Decided to order some brick slips for the 'exposed brick' effect on one wall, and after extensive searching, these guys came up with the best colour match/range for me with the best prices.

Ordering online was simple, and when I called with an enquiry about delivery, they were really helpful and pleasant, confirming a very quick dispatch. The brick slips arrived as promised and are excellent - also well packaged. They're being installed now and look fantastic (very authentic). I had one follow-up query, which Sophie dealt with superbly. In my experience, it's a rare thing to find a business who hits the mark in their product AND their service - but these guys do. Top notch and highly recommended!
