Applied to my pine garden bench to revive the wood before applying Top Oil. Worked well on the bench which I had put in the shade to allow time to penetrate before drying.

A case study on how not do customer…
A case study on how not do customer service . We placed an order months ago ago , they were going to call my husband . No call back . Went back to order the same product which we were not clear exactly what it was as it was months ago and was hoping they would guide us again . I did tell them they hadn’t responded on the first order , unfortunately I said we didn’t get email but it was a call as it was my husband who placed the order. They had all the details but Instead of helping he turned it around to put us in the wrong . NOT helpful and a complete ignorant way to deal to deal with customer . Never going back there . Young man at B and Q was very helpful and civil! Got what we wanted!
He can talk the talk but clearly not organised and a hostile attitude !

Incorrect colour match
I ordered Sadolin SuperDec Satin Jacobean Walnut paint. Unfortunately, the paint I was given was mixed by Brewers and is such a different colour that I have had to repaint with Sadolin Jacobean Walnut Woodstain to correct the colour and blend it in with the rest of the woodwork.

Thanks for your review, Adrian, sorry to hear that the colour wasn’t what you were expecting. It would be good to get a better understanding of the situation as colour can be affected by various things. For example, was the finish the same (stain or paint), also when was the previous product used and applied, exposure to the elements may have had an impact, formulation changes. Happy to discuss this further if you’d like to get in touch at mail@brewers.co.uk. Kind regards, Shannon
Disappointed

Great Service.
Dave and Paddy in the Stratford on Avon branch were so very kind and helped an elderly lady (myself) who had sadly dropped a tin of dark green paint on their forecourt!
Have purchased paint there before and will continue to do so. Thank you so much lads.

Hi Nick, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. ‘Store stocked line’ as indicated on the website, means that it is a line that is carried in store, I’m sorry on this occasion when you had arrived to collect your order, we didn’t have stock of that specific item. We strongly advise awaiting text confirmation that your order is ready before making the journey to store to avoid this situation and am pleased the store were able to help you with an alternative product. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Kind regards, Shannon.
