Brewers Decorator Centres - Stoke Anmeldelser

The order was available for pick-up the next day. Friendly, helpful staff.

We called into the Fenton store earlier today and were served by Dave.
We explained about a problem we had with some Dulux One coat paint that was a totally different colour than the colour suggested on the tin.
We also explained that the paint was lifting as we were rollering it.
He suggested that we used a Johnstones paint and mixed the colour to our requirements.
We got home and then decided to use the paint immediately. It only took one coat and less than a quarter of the tin to complete the job. The colour was perfect as well. Huge thanks to Dave for his help and advice.

Truly excellent service. Ordered some paint, at a very good price for Weathershield and, crucially, in a smaller 'domestic amount' tin . The paint arrived the very next morning.

Visited Brewers in Victoria Rd Fenton yesterday and was served by Dave. What a helpful and lovely guy, I’m decorating 2 Bedrooms’s and he helped me with which finish I wanted for my chosen paint, I needed a tin mixing which was no problem for him and he also advised on a metal paint that I wanted, he also advised me how to sign up on the website so I can receive offers and discounts in the future: as a final touch carried my purchases to my car as they were heavy. What excellent customer service , I would highly recommend this store and will definitely be visiting again.

Can't fault the service and the advice given by the Stoke store, special mention to Dave Timmis the manager and Dave Stokes who goes the extra mile.

Easy to place order, great range of products with superb prices and on top of all that free delivery.
Couldn't ask for more.

My experience wasn’t so good for quite a while in all honesty!
I actually stopped shopping there for well over twelve months because of certain members of staff!
But I’m glad to say since my branch got rid of the rotten apples it has been transformed & it’s pleasure to shop there now!
Excellent service, friendly staff & the new manager although I’ve yet to meet him has made a huge difference for the Decorator centre for the better in my opinion

One of the best customer service experiences I have had. Staff listened, gave advice and could not have been more helpful

Great delivery and price. Good selection of paints from a number of suppliers.

Dave was incredibly helpful and was able to guide us with excellent product knowledge. He also reminded me that I had an unused trade account voucher which came in handy! Since then I’ve also been kept updated with the progress of my order, so there are no surprises. Highly recommended. Thanks Dave and the team.

Staff very helpful with colour problem great service.

Went into the Fenton branch for advice and product for undercoating fibreglass. Was struck by the working atmosphere, great banter between the staff and very helpful with customers. All staff very professional, respectful to each other and customers plus very knowledgeable and helpful.

Had an absolutely brilliant buying experience in the Fenton, Stoke on Trent store today. Great advice, and no rush service.
