Brewers Decorator Centres - St Austell Anmeldelser 

Brilliant service from Brewers St Austell - got some dulux trade samples mixed at the shop, then went on to order chosen paint online, picked them up from the shop when ready - really smooth process

I went to Brewers Decorator Centre to purchase a specific wood preserver brand which I had failed to locate in my normal DIY stores.
WOW what a surprise, the staff were extremely helpful and it wasn't "trade/account only"! I got advice on the preservative and asked questions on wall paint and colour and got lots of friendly expert advice. Brewers will now be my first port of call for all of my requirements.

Batch of 8 5litre tins of mixed paint, all variations in colour between tins meaning touching in on wall to ceiling has resulted in slight variation in finished colour on larger room, paint full of pieces, wish after 3rd tin just arranged to have it sent back but with painters on site had to continue and only use a tin in each room to avoid colour variation between tins. Disappointed as thought as a professional paint supplier would be much better, wish I went rabarts or B&Q instead.

Service was very helpful. Unfortunately the actual colour of the albany masonry paint received (popcorn) was very different to the colour chart online to the extent it was unusable. It's a round trip of 40 miles to the St Austell Brewers for me so I couldn't be bothered with a two hour round trip to be faced with a disclaimer statement. £35 wasted.

Friendly, helpful, efficient, good range of products in stock, good prices - what's not to like !

I have used Brewers in St Austell since I relocated 18 months ago. The staff are excellent, informative, friendly and helpful. In addition they have a good range of paint and decorating accessories and the prices are competitive.

Always first class service and products from brewers

Don't bother! First and last time I will use this service. Ordered hundreds of pounds of paint online then heard nothing from the St Austell branch for ages. Chased finally go be told they don't stock the bathroom paint. Why is it sold on your website then and I've paid for it? Then got mansplained by some patronising staff member that "bathroom paint us just a marketing con." Told them just to remove it from orded then so they could get the other hundreds of pounds worth of products to me id been waiting for, for weeks. They did, eventually weeks later and then I had to chase and chase the refund for ages after. Just appalling, don't bother, recommend paintwell so ship within 24 hours and cause you no grief. St Austell store moaned at my location and said they only have one delivery van in Cornwall per week. Shambles.
