I spoke to Craig at the Bicester branch i found him very knowledgeable and helpful
He recommended a different gloss paint for our newly built house and it was a great choice just painted the first room

I cannot praise Craig in the Bicester store highly enough for his professionalism and knowledge. He gave me advice on which was the best paint to use, what equipment would suit for the decorating I was undertaking and even organised for me to collect my order from Barnstaple.

Found Craig to be very rude and abrupt on the phone when asking for advice. he needs to go on a customer care course will not be going back I would not recommend absolutely disgraceful.

Vicky is amazing. Her knowledge of the products is outstanding and she is so very passionate. We spent ages looking through the paints and wallpapers (I was in my element). I will be going back very soon to choose my paint & wallpapers. I really couldn’t recommend this shop and staff highly enough. Thank you Vicky you made my day. Lindsey

Brewers Bicester is a reliable trade supplier for us. They have sourced some quite tricky products, including matching coving details and hard-to-procure paint. The staff are friendly and helpful, recently when a product was nationally unavailable they kept in touch with us about the issues and eventually managed to procure the paint for us, just in time!

I wanted advice about products and the staff at the Bicester store were very helpful and helped me decide what I needed. I ordered online and the product was ready to collect the following day.

As always a great service with helpful and friendly staff with a no nonsense approach being willing to give sensible unbiased advice. First time I had used on the online ordering service and was able to a call in when passing to collect.

I recently placed an 'internet' order for paints and accessories with brewers webshop. The webshop order did not get processed (due to technical problems with webshop) - however branch manager 'Vicky' (Brewers Bicester) came to my rescue. To all Painter decorators, always trust Brewers retail-outlets, extremely reliable and always deliver!!

Brewers have a brilliant range of paints and decorating tools, whatever you are painting Brewers will have what you need. They also have staff who know the products, unlike many bigger DIY shops. They now mix Little Greene paint so even better 5*s
