Good but pricey?
Ordered online and collected. Easy to use website. Helpful staff at shop. Product was good (water based outdoor wood stain) but this and other paints I've bought from them seem a bit expensive? So only 4 stars.

Hi Mitchell, thank you for the review. I’m sorry to hear you found us expensive. Do you have a Brewers Account? Account customers get 2 x 10% vouchers off their first and second purchase, as well as a whole host of other benefits. We also offer a price match guarantee and so if you do find the product cheaper elsewhere, speak to the local team and they will be able to give you more information. We have monthly promotional offers and discounts available on great products and brands - https://www.brewers.co.uk/products/promotions. I hope this helps! Kind regards, Shannon.

Very disappointing experience
Ordered Bedec MSP in anthracite gloss for click and collect (next working day).
No phone call or text to say item ready for collection. Phoned up chasing late afternoon - "yes it came this morning" said the girl "why didn't anyone let me know?" I asked "I don't know I wasn't here this morning said the girl" utterly disinterested.
Went to collect "why did no one contact me " I asked the bloke on the desk "I don't know, you should have been. Ok let me check - yeah you're on the list to let know, but I can see no one did" he says. Thanks - great service (not).
Use paint next day - on mixing can immediately see it's full of floaters and dry paint strings. Colour is about three shades lighter than the previous tins I've used. Mmmm. Put it through a fine mesh filter to get rid of floaters etc. Try a test patch on a piece of scrap plywood - paint just doesn't flow properly and dries very quickly in rough ridges.
Abandon. Reorder from another supplier. Couple of days later get paint - it's like completely different substance to the stuff Brewers supplied - utterly different colour (perfect match to the Bedec MSP I'd used previously) and flowed perfectly to leave a great finish.
I've no idea what was in the tin Brewers supplied me and I've no intention of using them again

Hi Jonny, thank you for taking the time to leave your review, and we’re very sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand your frustration, and this certainly isn’t the level of service we aim to deliver.
In order to investigate this properly and raise the issue with the manufacturer, would you be able to let us know if you still have the tin of paint in question? If so, we'd really appreciate the opportunity to look into this further and understand what went wrong.
Please feel free to contact us at mail@brewers.co.uk with your details so we can follow this up thoroughly. Kind regards, Shannon.

Items cheaper than expected
Items cheaper than expected, order taken as they were not in stock, (not fast moving item). Went back following day. Picked up items. Very polite and courteous service, even offered to carry the items to my car. How can that sort of service be improved?
