Joseph was very helpful and easy to work with throughout my experience. They kept me updated on my order and were honest about the backorder situation. When I decided to switch to a different in-stock package, they made the process smooth and stress free. I really appreciated how patient and accommodating they were during the whole process.

I had a disappointing experience with BrandSmart USA’s eBay store.

I found an LG M3 OLED listed for approximately $1,400 and reached out to confirm details before making my purchase. After expressing my intent to buy and asking questions about delivery timing and included accessories, the price suddenly increased by nearly $300 the next day.

When I asked if they would honor the previous price, I was simply told that “prices on eBay fluctuate all the time” and that they could not match the price from the day before.

While I understand that prices can change, it’s frustrating when a significant price increase happens immediately after a customer shows serious purchase intent and is actively communicating with the seller. There was no attempt to work with me, offer a partial accommodation, or provide any meaningful explanation beyond a generic response.

The experience left me feeling like I was penalized for taking the time to ask questions before making a purchase.

Buyers should be aware that pricing may change quickly and that previously advertised prices may not be honored, even if you are actively engaged with the seller and preparing to complete the transaction.

Do not buy from Brandsmart!!!!
Bought a LG washer and dryer. The washing machine after 6 months starting putting black grease on the clothes. They came out Feb still not fixed came out March still not fixed came out April still not fixed came out in May still not fixed. Everytime claimed needed new parts. Can not admit they sold me a lemon. I have purchased many thing from them in the last 30 years needless to say never again. I will be contacting the Florida Attorney General Office. Read other peoples reviews and you would be stupid to buy from Brandsmart

Lisa Horowitz was amazing. She was very patient sympathetic and knowledgeable. She did not get off the phone until I was satisfied. I started the call a bit angry at the outcome of my purchase and when I got done with Lisa I was well pleased. We need more Lisas.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They shipped me a broken fridge, and it was so bad I made them return it. They scheduled a second delivery and stood me up. I had to stay at the office for hours after we closed, awaiting the delivery. They kept sending me messages saying it was on the way but never showed up. You cannot get anyone on the phone, and their AI auto-response doesn't help with anything. I've been trying to get this fridge for weeks, and I can't even talk to someone to ask for a refund. I will never buy from them again.

the web agent did a very nice job. phone response/get a line through is awful. there must not have anyone handling calls - tried 20 times thru-out the day - 'all agents busy'.

The ONLY thing that made my frustrating experience great was the EXCELLENT service provided by Lisa Horowitz. I have repeatedly tried contacting the BrandsMart store where I purchased my tv and to no avail. No one answers the phone!

My experience with transport rep was horrible. However, I got the chance to speak to Michelle and I’m so happy you have her as part of your team. She went out her way to make sure I got my delivery on an earlier date, and a day that works with my schedule. She was kind and very understanding.

Walked into Brandsmart and Lennie came up to me to ask what I was there for. I was looking for a new TV. He took me to that dept and immediately recommended one. I told him the size I wanted 55”. He recommended a certain brand and was courteous and so accommodating. Wish more sales people were like him. Phyllis Sureff

I was very please and received excellent customer service from Mr. Denis Zelaya he was very prompt in putting in my order for the furniture I purchase. As well as Mr. Samuel Stewart - he was very patient with me I actually came back twice to the store because of the measurements and he was still waiting for me with a smile and excellent service offer to me. Great Experience with this two gentleman.

We had an excellent experience ordering our Kitchen Aid Counter Depth Refrigerator online. Our sales rep Keeyon Barr was very knowledgeable & helpful. He knew the answers to our questions. To be honest, I will call & shop with a sales rep from now on…😊
