The worst appliance buying experience I’ve ever had. Purchased a refrigerator online. Before we even got to the delivery date, the price decreased everywhere except Brandsmart so I called and asked them to price match. They told me to do that they would have to cancel my online order and place it again at the lower price. They could not just issue a credit for the amount. The order had been charged to my Brandsmart card and they assured me they would cancel the old order and credit it and place the new order. They did place the new order, but I did not receive credit within 3 to 5 days as I was told. I called customer service and they reviewed the order and did cancel it and sent me confirmation through my email of the credit this time. When the refrigerator delivered there was a large dent on the front of it. Their delivery driver told my husband that it would be better to keep it and let Brandsmart switch it out when they replaced it. They can just replace the door he was told. I couldn’t speak to them myself because they spoke zero English and I don’t speak Spanish. Truthfully I can speak more Spanish than they spoke English. I followed up with Brandsmart and was told it would be 4-6 weeks for a replacement because they had no other unit in stock. I said just pick it up and I’ll get it locally. The salesperson tried tell me no one else had them but I knew that wasn’t true because I had checked every other retailer and they all had them in stock. Unfortunately we has already been a week and a half with no refrigerator and he assured me we could just use the one we had until the new one came in. At week 4 I emailed them to try and find out if they had a delivery date yet and received no response. A few days later I called and was told he was on the other line and I would received a call back, but that never happened. When I called again several days later I told them I’d wait until he was finished with the call he was on and wait I did but I finally was able to speak with the sales person and was told they did have a refrigerator in stock, but if they switched it out themselves instead of waiting for Samsung to handle it, I would have to pay for the refrigerator again and they would credit it automatically when they received the old one back to the warehouse. I was reluctant because of what had happened the prior time with the credit, but I just wanted to be done with them at this point so I purchased the replacement and waited for the credit. Refrigerator was picked up at delivery. Different delivery service and again no one spoke English. Again there was no “automatic” credit and I had to call a week later where I was told the salesperson was out that day and a manager had to process the credit, they do not happen automatically as I was told. There was no manager in either, so I would receive a call back from him the next day following up. No call came, so I called again and was told the manager wasn’t available, but I would receive credit and a confirmation email within a half hour or so. I actually did this time and eventually a credit was applied to my account in the next couple of days, but I will never buy anything from Brandsmart again it was such a horrible experience.

I am a regular customer and do most of my shopping at BrandsMart; it is my one-stop shop for all my needs. They are always there to help you. Today, I had the best experience that I could say started off really bad and turned out great!I was looking to buy a sofa couch, and I ended up losing my phone in one of the couches. I spent 20 minutes looking for it while some employees asked if I could be helped. One lady (I didn't get her name) was very helpful. But it wasn't until Gabriel saw me desperately searching for my phone that he began to help me. He called my phone and searched every couch with me. I honestly think we were looking for it for over an hour and nothing! He got security involved, and we ended up finding the phone.Why I am writing this review is that employees at BrandsMart were all looking to help me, but Gabriel didn't give up on me at all. He truly cared. Thank you, BrandsMart, for having hired an employee like that."

Don't waste your time with these clowns. Ordered a gift online last Saturday, FOUR days later it's still showing "Processing" I inquired and they just cancelled the order without explanation. They don't respond to emails, have ZERO customer service. Just a lowball, slimy company. Avoid like the plague
