Brilliant service , brilliant clothes would definitely buy again

I have been a customer of Bows for about 2/3 years now and up until now I am not happy with the service I have received. I bought 3 of the Makayala Tops, 2 of them were lovely the 3rd one not so lovely. The baby blue one would fit a size 8-10 only but only if the size 8-10 person has a small head. I sent it back and even spoke with Ozay the owner about this. She said she would not exchange/refund as she said nothing wrong with the sizing. She sent it back to me as she told me the neck was about 1/2 an inch to small that was not to be as I got it and measured it and it was 2 inches to small at the neck, also the chest sizing was also wrong. Ozay told me my top was “badly” stained that was also wrong it had a slight stain where I got make-up on it and tried to remove it myself, but because the top is classed as “faulty” I decided it did not matter this was because I was struggling to get it over my head. Under the “consumer rights” this is misinterpreted on “Bows website”. I do stand legally to get a refund. But with thought and time bothered to write a letter of complaint, I have decided to shop elsewhere only because of the poor service as a good customer I got from Bows! Not a way to run a professional business! I was in the clothing business and never had this problem I would always see my customers point of view!!! Very upset the way I have been treated as a good customer, I had only just bought a years delivery subscription and I think I am entitled to that back please ?

I am going to add to this that I purchased the top in February ready for spring so I had not worn it once I only tried it on. Anyway it’s a lesson learnt to me not to buy cheap clothing!!!

I can't fault the quality of the clothes,and the speed which there dispatched,ive been shopping wirh bows Boutiques now for about three yrs,and dont shop anywhere else on line,my only criticism would be they could do with larger sizes as im quite heavy chested,so certain dresses are not suitable for me,and I have to return them,which is sad,but I will always try them on and return if not suitable,I highly recommend getting the bows premium delivery for £11.99 for the year

This company not only has a huge range of reasonably priced, good quality clothes but their Customer Service is fantastic too !
The clothing is truly represented on their social media pages and never disappoints (you do need to be quick though as the items are often snapped up quickly !)
The clothing is despatched extremely quickly and when I had an issue with one item of clothing, their Customer Service was the BEST I have encountered in a very long while.

Great service and super fast delivery. The clothes are true to size and accurately described on the website/app and in the online videos. Good quality and great value for money. Customer Services are fantastic. Really helpful and very professional and prompt in replying. Highly recommend.

I’m a new customers to Bows Boutiques and saw a top I would really like to purchase but the colour I want is out of stock. I emailed customer service & got a response acknowledging my email within minutes. I then got a follow up email advising me what to do. I’m more than impressed with the way they handled my questions. Not very often you get a response so quickly. I’m now looking forward to my first purchase.
