Our sofas are made to order in your favourite styles, fabrics and colours with a very exceptional 4-6 weeks manufacturing time. Although you can always buy one of our pre made designs straight from our show floor!

Delivery of Lg washer dryer was superb given really good advice and guidance on how to register my product and I am thrilled with it it's an outstanding machine and is hard to believe that it was a grade 3 item as there is hardly any noticeable marks on it 5 stars for this company I'm definitely gonna use again thank you so much

From the included account management pages and the way staff responded to my questions I was really pleased with the attention to detail and the service that was provided by all staff. It shows they really care about their customer experience and not only did I get a cracking deal on my purchase, it felt like I was an actual ‘customer’!! It’s not often that can be said nowadays.. the delivery guys went the extra mile too and we’re super courteous and friendly. I will be delighted if I can buy from Bourne Home Furniture again in the future - thank you to the whole team for a great experience.

I once again received excellent service Chris was extremely helpful, answering all my questions making sure I had the right product for my needs. Purchased a 10k washing machine. Great communication, Great product, happy friendly people. Offered to deliver tor free but we had a trailer which they loaded for us. Warranty given.
A week later we bought a dishwasher too.
Would highly recommend and will definitely be getting my next bargain from here. Thank you.

Excellent Company To Deal With
I Was After New Hisense Heat Pump Dryer. Found This Company Online & Phoned Them. From When They Answered The Phone They Could Not Have Been More Helpful. So Ordered It With Them On Monday & Could Not Believe That They Offered Next Day Delivery & The Charge Was So Reasonable.The Delivery Men Phoned To Say They Were Running Late But That Was No Problem For Me. When They Arrived They Were Very Helpful & Put The Machine In The Room I Needed It In.
With This Service From Phone Call Monday To Delivery
Tuesday This Is Fantastic Company To Deal With & Will Be Using Again. Recommend 100%
