Made to feel welcome and events were good. Disappointed that complementary drinks did not include any consideration for children's drinks eg fruit juice.

Fab trip to Jodrell Bank. Spent a few enjoyable hours learning about space and radio waves. Staff were on hand to answer questions, nice to have indoor picnic areas on a rainy day, enough facilities such as cafes and exhibitions to browse through, even the kids colouring area was a nice touch, finally there were entertaining shows to cap it off.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The talks were really informative and also the planetarium.
Everywhere was clean.
The catering staff were fantastic.

I have been a Boundless member since 1989 (CSMA) and have used a range of the member benefits but this was my first time at a Boundless member event. Jodrell Bank just for members wasn't crowded and was extremely well organised. It was beyond my expectations for such inexpensive tickets. I will definitely be looking into future events. Thank you

Very well organised. Plenty to do and it did not feel crowded as shows were staggered. Very helpful and friendly volunteers. This was our first Boundless members event and we will be definitely attending more in the future.

An excellent day out, well organised and hugely interesting. The shows were well presented and made complex details easy to understand. The only disappointing aspect was the cloudy skies which meant that the stargazing was more theoretical rather than actual but still very interesting. Thanks a lot!

A really enjoyable afternoon. We were directed in the car park and shown the entrance, given wristbands and token and directed to the first show, an interesting talk and demonstration of how stars are formed. We used our drinks vouchers in the cafe and had some tasty food followed by the film show.
A shame that the cloud made the use of telescopes not possible but the astronomy groups advice and enthusiasm was valuable and the pictures and hands on displays kept us interested until we paid a visit to the shop and left. We didn't go to the Pink Floyd concert.

It was a lovely day and fairly well organised except for the fact that the car park did not open until the start time which meant any number of cars were parked all over the countryside waiting to get in. Whoever came up with that idea must be mad if course people are going to arrive before the start time and as the first show started at 1.15 very few actually got to that one, consequently those who arrived first were some of the last to get in as they eventually relented and opened the gates early but those of us waiting around were not to know that. Very poor organisation in my opinion, at least tell people in your email that gates would not open until 1pm

I really enjoyed the day. The crowds were manageable. Food at the venue was good value and tasted good.

Photography exhibition excellent.

Only negative was the weather which meant star not possible.

Very enjoyable talk from an enthusiast presenter who filled the time with lots of helpful suggestions.

I telephoned to renew my Britannia Rescue breakdown cover. After all the commercial waffle I was invited to pay. Used my credit card and it was rejected twice no reason given. In frustration I said I would pay by cheque and put the phone down in disgust. I now see that regardless of the alleged rejection £69 has been taken on that credit card twice! I have to wait five working days for repayment.
What a crazy situation!

The CSMA, as it used to be called, had always been a bit marginal on value. I am still a member but as I'm financially challenged at the moment I'm not sure if I'll renew or not. We like to go to Whitemead so the discount for there is useful, use LV sometimes for insurance although they are very very risk averse so can't insure both our cars with them. We also use Britannia rescue which is the cause of some annoyance, they have added the basic cover to the more expensive plus package but my brittania renewal doesn't coincide with my boundless renewal of a more comprehensive version. Obviously I asked the question how they would deal with that? My presumption was there would be some arrangement for it but apparently it's just hard luck!
The free entries to places are of limited use to us as they tend on average to be focused on middle class pursuits in far away counties. It's always been this way.
The magazine is full of adverts for disabled bathrooms, disability buggies and group holidays for the elderly.
Overall I think it is literally dying with its membership. They'd do well to remember a lot of us old folk aren't ancient in the head.
Is it value for money? Depends on your circumstances and where you live, check it out and decide.

Generally find boundless pretty good. It has paid off having it.

But lost 2 stars because I am left with environmental guilt after doing a member day.

We were given brand new lanyards. I jave no idea why. They were not needed for the whole day. So I can only assume it's for advertising.
Then we had to keep them as no one collected them at the end of the day.

If I have to have a guilt chain around my neck and my families neck on all event days, its enough to male me give up membership as I firmly stand by trying to save the environment and I'm not OK with the guilt that goes with pointless waste especially if it's not even reusable. These also had the date printed on them so there was zero intention to reuse

Boundless....please understand than many of us spend our money on day trips rather than "stuff" as its a guilt free way to enjoy a day. We don't want things that male us feel bad on a day out

Recently received a letter saying my Boundless discount has not been applied to my car insurance at renewal, but it would be if I call LV.
LV do not offer Boundless discount against a renewal. Instead they inflate the price as a new quote to then apply the discount. Boundless need to sort LV out as this is a Con.

Terrible customer service. Waste of time, trying to get help or achieve anything. Promised something they going to and didn't do it.
