Have been a boss owner for 20 years. Very loyal. Just spent almost $20k on two brand new v plows go to use them the first storm and neither work. Waiting for the dealer to figure out the issue.
Cost us a ton of money and aggravation.

New DXT plow. Bad cylinder. Replaced under warranty by the Boss dealer.

Happy with the plow. Glad to have it back and working correctly.

Installer Hillsboro Ford was great to work with. Took plenty of time to explain all the features of the plow and answered all my questions.

The first trip out plowing the plow began leaking hydraulic oil. Upon further inspection, I found it to be leaking from the hydraulic manifold. The dealer who sold the unit was able to get me in within a week, but it was out of service for the week, during snow season. I am hopeful this unit will start proving itself, but will be highly disappointed if it goes down again soon.

It run good this is the 3 year running boss I have nothing but good experience.

Not sure if its the plow or installation, but lights are hit or miss. Taking it back to the dealer for them to check out.

My only complant is that the plow drops so fast and it weighs my side by side down in the front end more than I thought it would.

My plows have been good so far and dependable. I just wish they had a dealer with decent reviews closer to me.

Our brand new salt spreader needed flashed. We go to a dealer 45 minutes away because the service is unmatched! If you can’t get rid of this offer free Maintenace software with the spreader.

Seems to work well. Haven't really had the chance to use it alot. Will know more when we get some snow

I had purchased a new 2025 snow raider, and the grips that are on top are so brittle they’re breaking apart. Unacceptable for the cost of this machine that there was not a better design to keep the grips from drying out.

Older unit was a TGS300, which had problems every year (typically clogging). After digging out the hopper and trying a smaller load, I frequently ended up spreading by hand at least 2 or 3 times each year. Also the "Blast" switches on the control broke shortly after the 1st year. This year was looking like it would be more of the same

However, the unit finally "seized" to the point I was giving up. I explored several other brands, but reluctantly replaced it with a TGS600. The first two uses have been a radically different experience from my TGS300 experiences.

Perhaps I had a dud, but I would strongly recommend AGAINST continuing to sell the TGS300 as it only reduced my opinion of Boss as a brand

I also have a V plow that has been rock solid. This made the TGS300 experience all the more unexpected

The blade construction looks heavy duty, my issues are I was missing a few washers, My blade has paint flaking off and it hasn't even been used yet, the mounting bracket has a lot of weld splatter on it, Also it would be a nice touch if the sealant for the hydraulic fittings should be supplied. Besides that I'm looking forward to trying it out once I finish the install.

The company that supplied the parts and service did a really good job of putting it all together. They did a full walk around and a deep knowledge and report of what they did and how to work it all.
