Ich habe meine Bestellung am 30. März abgeben und bis heute 15. April meine Bestellung nicht erhalten, obwohl es online heisst die Bestellungen kommen innerhalb von 2-5 Tagen an. Ich habe Sie per E-Mail kontaktiert am 7. April da hiess das die Bestellungen innerhalb von 4-5 Tagen versendet werden. Stand heute habe ich noch nichts erhalten. Das Produkt kann ich leider noch nicht bewerten.

Ordered the Petra watch case and was not completely satisfied with it on arrival however after raising my concerns to Buse he was very understanding and apologetic to my situation, offering to send me a complete replacement watch case at no extra cost to myself and as assured by Buse when the replacement arrived it was perfect!

Just received my watch case from them . It was my second purchase. The quality is very good , and I really like that they can customize cushion size according to your wrist. in my opinion, the quality their product is one of the best . Well worth the price tag .

2nd time ordering from them. Quality and product is great and thus the subsequent order.

However, the 2nd order was delivered incorrectly and I contacted them via email to highlight the problem. It took them a couple of days to reply and I am fine with it given the festive season. They acknowledged the fault and offered to give me a free watch roll or a discount coupon for next purchase but I asked if there was an option for me to exchange to the correct order and suddenly all went quiet. Sent multiple chasers but in vain.

I even went to the extend of using another account to email them for information of their offerings. And to my surprise, they replied that email instead of all the chaser emails.

I’m not sure if I will hear from them again. But I did send another chaser in the new year. We shall see. Till today, I have not touched the order except for the one time I realized it was wrong.

If my issue is rectified, I will amend my review accordingly.

Update as at 06 Jan 2025.
Buse have reached out to me and trying to rectify the issue. Have update to 3 stars from 1 star. Pending the rectified solutions and I will update my rating again

After some delays, finally received the new case that was supposed to be my original order. Buse is very friendly and has always been following up my case despite my continuous pestering. :D

Never disappointed with any of the products from Bosphorous. Don't hesitate to send in a custom order, they will get exactly right, down to the cushion size. Customer for life.

This strap immediately became my favorite, and I have several other straps. The look, feel and thickness of the leather perfectly complement the titanium Panerai. Shipping time to Seattle was only five days !!

I ordered two watch straps and Bosphorus Leather sent the wrong size for both straps however they quickly worked to remediate the issue and committed to make two new straps and courier them to me on a complimentary basis.

First of all, customer service is world class. Wich is one of the most important things for me.

■ つくりについて
縫製はきれいで、神経質な傾向にあるであろう多くの日本人にも受け入れられる品質だと思います。
コバもキレイに処理されています。革用接着剤がはみ出ていることもありませんでした。

■ クッションサイズについて
私のリストサイズは16.7cmです(DJ36で1コマ、サブマリーナーで2コマ抜いています)が、ミディアムサイズのクッションでぴったりでした。そのためリストサイズが17.5cm～18cmくらいであるとミディアムサイズのクッションはゆるいかもしれません。

■ 気づき
ケースの開けしめや、クッションの取り外しの際に、金属の留め具で結構大きな音がします。仕方のないことだと思いますが、静粛性を期待されるのであればジッパータイプのケース等を候補に入れても良いかもしれません。

Hello i ordered a watch case from bosphorus website on 22 september,
but till now theres no update about my order

how is it bosphorus ?

First I ordered the Vintage Caramio, it's a great quality leather product, the strap is matte and looks a bit different from the images. Then I got the Vintage Gotham with Sew-in Buckle, it's beautiful! I'll have more in the future for my Panerai.

They just look so good.
The material which you use is outstanding and the handcraft very good done.
As well the travelbags they are so soft and just perfect for any suitecase.
I just got all today so I'm more than happy
