Excellent customer service
These guys were great for me.
I needed a radiator cover making that had several bespoke elements.
Craig went through every detail with me and made sure everything was right.
He then rushed the order through for me so I could get it in time.
Comms were great and the cover looks fantastic.
Really pleased with their service and fully recommend.

We love the radiator covers
We love the radiator covers, and have ordered from this company at least 3 times. The downfall is the delivery service, which is meant to be next day, but always takes 3 to 4 days, and the delivery service only advise you on the day they decide to deliver and there appears to be no way of contacting them to to alter the delivery day or find out an estimate of the time it will arrive. Last time we had to suddenly cancel plans we had made so we could stay in all day to wait for the delivery.
The radiators themselves are easy to fit and really finish a room off once they are in place.

Great experience ordering radiator screen
Ordered a mouse patterned radiator grille with Booth's and they were great - I asked for it in a customised size and they did that with no issues, called me to double check the dimensions, all at a very competitive price. Would recommend!

Highly recommended
Used this company for a made to measure radiator cover and the guides on their website were by far the best we found to help ensure you measure correctly yet still at a competitive price. There was a slight delay due to COVID but this was well notified before we placed order. Unfortunately our order was lost in transit but this was through no fault of theirs but they made a replacement as a priority and their communication and service throughout was great and product was of great quality when it arrived.

Very pleased with the radiator covers
Very pleased with the radiator covers, great quality and workmanship, easy to put together and look lovely. Very happy. Only negative comment would be about the time it takes to manufacture the product. However, we are happy to wait for a quality product as you do for other made to measure items (Hillarys, Neville Johnson etc) and would definitely use Booths again.
