Just booked a China tour today for this September! Not my first time with Bookmundi — I've also been to Japan with them. First, the tour search is super convenient, plus they have great discounts. Second, their customer support is amazing and answers all questions. Third, booking is fast and simple, with only a few fields to fill. You don't even have to pay the full price upfront; that comes later. Love this company, highly recommend!

I paid deposit on a trip but never paid for trip since I had both a family emergency AND received a cancer diagnosis at time of trip payment. Heard nothing from Bookmundi for nearly three months, until they contacted me to inquire how my trip was. I had to explain several times that I was very ill and had not gone on the trip, only to receive multiple emails demanding I now pay full balance of the trip as "they had no way of knowing whether I attended or not." HUH? They had three months to figure out I was not proceeding with the trip. Now I have to deal with cancer, AND their callous attitude about paying them, after they initially wished me good health and promised they would not contact me again regarding the trip. Will never book with these people again. Legally, they have behaved against the law in "changing their mind" about payment, plus the fact that they are entirely callous about my current situation. SIckening.
