I had experience of selling as an executor through a different auction house in the past and it wasn’t good. When it came to selling my own property recently I needed a quick and easy option so chose the auction route again but this time with Bond Wolfe. From the first point of contact with the office through the ensuing valuation , photographs and virtual tour and viewings all the staff demonstrated professionalism and efficiency, all done in a friendly and engaging manner. Having said all staff demonstrated professionalism etc there is one member of staff who went above and beyond in his dealings with me, James Rossiter. Throughout the process his expertise, advice and support made what is generally a difficult and stressful time anything but. If we were all able to deal with people like him in all areas of our lives life would be so much more simple and straightforward. Thank you James .

Great communication very good service

Brought property from this company bond Wolfe really poor told me keys would be in safe box which they wasn’t phoned them no help had to get lock smith which cost me £250 told me didnt know where keys where when you pay good money you expect keys to be handed to you
