This company, dont really show professionlisim as Claimed by them-selvs.
Also A Little Harsh,& abrupt when, replying to an out-come for a charity grant request.

They have no idea, what it would of meant, to recieve anything, to help

& extreamly Not true to thier word.
I also applied for a grant as well, A llegal medicle but there was another issue, of abuse- to claim.
This was turned around broken down and made into something else-

Where there is trust pilot for company's, I'm sure there's a horrible birds nest, for potential clients, who give non-positive, reviews- but if there is importance then it should be said-

Regards to many others... who end up loosing so much energy, just throwing away trust, into the wrong companys- When, I guess. Push n shove, we could do something ourselves.... but then you have just being the average plaine Jane, to be used as an excuse, to be knocked back.

I went to them 5 years ago with a medical negligence claim. I worked with the brain injury department. All of the solicitors that I have worked with over the past 5 years are truly outstanding. They all dealt with the case with care and compassion. They went above and beyond for me to ensure that I was always happy every step of the way. Instructed this firm to help in my claim for psychiatric injury who decided to instruct a useless barrister. The barrister said I had less than a 50% chance of success at court after a 3 hour conference call where he just obnoxiously spoke at us. The partner did not intervene whilst this barrister just spoke at us. A year later, my employment solicitors recommended instructing another barrister who gave me more than a 50% chance of success and it was due to this opinion that I was successful against my former employer. BKK had nothing to do with it. During this year, my mental health went from bad to worse and I wasted a whole year of my life. BKK have the audacity to charge me for their negligent 'advice'. Brining a negligence claim against them (and I'm a former magic circle solicitor, not someone with a grudge).

I was very happy with the way BBK looked after me. My case caused me a lot of deep seated passed trauma and they handled it with care and compassion.

I cannot for the life of me see why so many people write such bad things about this law firm . I approached them with my case and believe me they left no stone unturned, each and every single member of staff were absolutely incredible, needless to say we won the case . I suspect some folk see an opportunity to retire on a claim “ well life don’t work like that “ they were fair , understanding and very reassuring,

The team at BBK (Bolt Burdon and Kemp) have helped me so much over the last 5 years. Their staff have always been warm and welcoming which helped over such a long case.
I initially phoned to speak about a medical negligence claim. Once I explained the details, BBK quickly got to work.
I felt like I had been listened too finally and felt that they would be able to help me.
Throughout the process I was reassured and kept informed about the steps to be completed. I found them to be both professional and honest.

It’s amazing how many companies online that claim to help serving/ex serving military servicemen and servicewomen in building a case against the MOD to get the compensation you deserve.

I contacted this company in regards to my PTSD and my ongoing fight against Veterans UK as to the award. I spoke to a lovely woman called Anastasia, she was respectful and kind when taking down the particulars. I was then contacted by the so called head of military claims to say that they’re basically not interested in helping me, I’m guessing because they can’t make a fortune out of me for handling my case.

I would avoid this company and many others like it, they’re more interesting in filling their pockets than helping people that needs help.

I therefore assumed that this firm of solicitors would be more than willing to take on my case. I Emailed Kate O'Brien, but unfortunately she failed to respond. I requested a call back & received a call from Felicity Cottle, who appeared not to fully understand the gravity of the issue I was hoping for them to represent us on. The main focus of Bolt Burdon Kemp appears to be on how much compensation they can win on your behalf, rather than seeking to represent individuals that have been wronged. They seek cases that'll give at least £100k in compensation & therefore said that they'd not represent us, despite not understanding the nature of the case, which was born out in the comments of Felicity during the telephone call. This is extremely disappointing & distressing.

On a positive, Felicity Cottle did point us in the direction of the Action Against Medical Accidents charity. But due to the lack of understandinng of the nature of the case & requirement to obtain at least £100k in compensation, I can only give a two stars rating.

I thought they would be different but no. Just like all solicitors ask lots of questions and then say cannot help. Also something about family. Usual not helpful. Did you get a good lawyer no ..
