I’ve never had any clothing with the quality that Billie strives to achieve. Their fabrics are the finest in my closet. If I could wear them everyday (Trust me... I try to!), I would!! Can not wait to add to my collection.

Loved my stuff. Staff is so easy to work with. I did have to exchange a few items and it was easy as pie. Quality is everything and these clothes have it!

$95 for pyjamas?! I love these ladies on youtube but they are out of their minds.

Have bought 4 different pieces from them and have enjoyed all of them. Sometimes the sizing is awkward I had to give a dress sizes L to my mum instead - gutted because I really liked it - but the L was perfect for me in the pants.
Hopefully that gets better as they have made adjustments to their sizing

When I received my tweed jacket it was never gathered in the back and the belt was coming off the jacket. I have complained to them on Facebook and Instagram I never get a response back. Finally got a response saying they would
get back to me they never have, I keep writing them and I never hear anything. UPDATE....They got back to me and said they couldn't do ANYTHING for me.. they told me to take it to the seamstress. They never even apologized about it. AWFUL AWFUL customer service. I will never buy from them again.

The quality of the clothes are amazing and beautiful but I will have to say they aren’t true to size like they claim them to be.. My sister and I ordered the faux fur vest and black white checkered shirt for my mom for Christmas.. she wears a large in everything so we ordered a large in both.. both were too small and will have to be returned.. Bummed!

I don't have lots of money to just toss around but they kept saying how soft the robe was, Well honey, it is the material you make car seat covers with, Everything in there line is polyester, the inside of the robe scratches and should have been lined, all the material comes from China, and everything is made in China, including the books. So you are paying 40% to much at least for each item, The robe is like 2 sizes 2 big, it is the worst robe I have ever owned the couldn't even place a button and button hole inside for pulling together, Bonnie, & Ellie know zero about design or fabric, and wear, My robe too a pitch in the garbage , and so did my made in China Cookbook. It's sad these people know nothing about the killing in Tiananmen Square, or the killings that take place at demonstrations.

After paying £180 for a pair of Bolle prescription safety glasses I’ve owned for under a year now ( B808 ll-v2) the nose bridge support failed, as you can guess my opticians and Bollé are not interested I now have a pair of expensive prescription glasses I can’t use ,,I’d like a new nose bridge piece sent to my address as it’s an easy repair but it’s never that easy ey Bollé !! Unfortunately I won’t be buying Bollé products again ..

I recently reviewed about the sports bra. And FINALLY the leggings went on clearance. The only two items from their original launch that i was interested in and even then i read the reviews and knew what i could be getting into but spending 20 bucks was worth the risk. Shipping was fast so that’s a plus. The fabric feels nice and for the most part feels nice on. Just one big problem... and i think you all know what I’m going to say.... They are SEE THROUGH! Like badly! Luckily i wear a lot of long workout tanks. So i can save this look but definitely can’t wear just the sports bra and pants as a look.

I love both Ellie and Bonnie and am huge fans of their YouTube channels and their families. I was so excited to try their clothes and love they use diverse models... I had no idea how expensive they would be. I'm just average middle class with 2 kids and bills I could never afford their clothing. I wish they had a line for people with different socio economic classes

I held off on writing a review because I know I'd be called a "hater." However, after watching today's vlog of their photo shoot for their fall line, I felt so sick to my stomach that I had to. Ellie was acting like they are these established business women who make gorgeous, high-quality clothing for all women. I did not purchase anything from them with my own money. However, I received exercise pants and The Robe as gifts in size XL. I am 5'2", but overweight, and typically wear a size 14-16 on top and 10-12 on the bottom. The robe was so tight in the arms and under the arms, that I couldn't wear it. I could not comfortably tie it, as I have a little bit of a round belly. The material was scratchy and there were strings hanging everywhere. The leggings were so uncomfortable and scratchy that I left the gym early to go home to get out of them. When I took them off, the dye had transferred to my skin, even though the underside of the leggings are white???? My skin was wet and clammy. I told my friend who gifted the items to me of my experience. She contacted CS and got no response. She felt so bad and told me to just trash them. I didn't even want to donate those items, so I trashed them right into the dumpster. I really hope that they take their reviews seriously and stop acting like they are these high and mighty established business-women influencers. I can see how viewers can get sucked into buying their new line because on screen, the clothes do look really cute! Plus, they have hired a handful of multi-cultural models of various shapes and sizes. But BEWARE!!! These are not quality pieces, CS is horrible, and these women do NOT care about you! They are doing this for themselves to make $$$$$$ to make themselves feel accomplished! They talk about being compassionate people, but they do not care about their customers! Do no waste your hard-earned money on a company that does not even accept returns or give refunds!

Their "make up" cases are expensive but my Mom Loves it but on their other items they are pretty much over priced except when they go on sale. My Daughter ordered me one of their shirts for Mother's day, and she ordered the size I normally wear, 2xl and well wouldn't you know it was too small. So they told us to send it back, I sent it back for my daughter and they received it on MAY 15th (I had proof) and you know what? I had to contact (for my daughter) because they didn't care to contact her or let her know that the original shirt she ordered me was out of stock. They don't even give you credit back on your card, you have to get a freaking store credit, gift card or something for the same price. Well they didn't have anything for the same price, so I had to re-order the PERFECT WHITE TEE, and they were on sale, so I ordered me one and her one, lets hope that not our of stock or we won't get anything in return. They really Don't like any negative comments, they have no clue really what is plus sizes.

When Bollie launched I was excited for Bonnie and Ellie. As a mom who is their age and someone who has watched them for years. I really respected them and related to them. Within 24 hours of their launch I was no longer a fan. I won't go into the reasons why here but I am not a hater as they have brushed off any form of dislike or criticism as. It was very clear from the beginning that their products were not worth the price point. However, I did like the Leggings and Sports bra they came out with. The sports bra in particular is perfect with someone with my kind of boobs and it was cute. But i wasn't about to drop loads of cash on a brand that was acting shady.

Fast forwards to about a month ago when I saw that the sports bra was on clearance for $20 bucks. It killed me to spend the money on their company, but the price was right and worth the risk,if I got a sports bra I liked. Shipping was fast, packaging was standard and the sports was worth 20 bucks.. maybe $15. But it did the job i needed it and was cute. The negative aspects of it... the material is more like a bathing suit than workout attire. So that was a little weird. My biggest issue with sports bras and my boobs is that my boobs are large and I am in general small. so it's hard to find a sports bra, that can cover, support and the band around my ribcage. Th bollie bra does that, for a size large I was worried that wouldn't be the case. However, the band had no give. it's tights and a little difficult/painful to get on. Once on it's fine. So I am curious how that works for larger women. (my rib cage measures for a size 0) Also, it's a sports bra that is ore cute than functional. You are doing yoga, or a brisk walk. anything that require active movement will not stay in supported place.

to summarize. If they made more of this style bra for 15 bucks I would buy it again. Any higher than that, you are getting majorly ripped off.

Horrible experience with shipping, service, communication and once received my order I was embarrassed on how much money I spent. Bonnie and Ellie let me down. I feel like they are scamming customers and laughing about it. Huge fail.
Robe is okay, $30 overpriced and NOT fluffy soft material like they continue to say.

I ordered one of the phone cases that match the legging print, I was really excited to get it. Upon first opening it, I noticed the case itself was very low quality for the price I paid. I have only had it on my phone for about a week and the design on the back has already started to fade on the sides. I really wanted to like this case because it was cute but now I’m stuck trying to find a new phone case even though I already spent an arm and a leg on this one just for the quality to be poor :(

HORRIBLE quality. The only customer "service" is the owners serving themselves. Lack of decent sizing. Horrible material. Won't answer questions sent to the website, by email, or to the owners directly, or even to their youtube channels (on which they advertise for free). They delete all negative comments and even relevant questions. Outrageously overpriced. No concern for customer satisfaction at all. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Their items are entirely TOO OVERPRICED for the quality. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
