Received much quicker than expected. Lovely quality

Lovely gift for my wife. Quality was brilliant on the earrings.

We shop with EJ all the time and she is fantastic at what she does with jewellery and sourcing boots and clothing too. Can’t fault her at all

I’m so happy with my purchase, thank you EJ have a fab Christmas x

Excellent advice given prior to my purchase of a stunning Fedora Hat. Just love it! It was posted out very promptly but with the postal strikes it did take a bit longer to get to me. Highly recommend this company if you want something a bit different.
My hat is well made and a gorgeous colour. It was packed well with no damage for posting. Thank you.

Customer service was fantastic whilst waiting for Royal Mail. Item received a few days after i expected it but definitely worth the wait. Beautiful item.
Many Thanks ☺️

What makes this amazing is the customer service and the quality of all products I have received. The handmade jewellery is outstanding and doesn't tarnish. Unique style and elegance to all products which makes you feel special when wearing the pieces.

First time I’ve shopped with Boho Buffalo, and I’m delighted with my purchase. Buying from the site was easy, and delivery was fast and well packaged
Even though the first pair of jeans I ordered were too small, it was an easy return and replacement was sent very quickly.
The quality of the jeans is fantastic and the scarf is beautiful.
Will definitely be back, and have no hesitation in recommending Boho Buffalo

Sorry, but received the wrong shoes! Then emailed the company 3 times and had no response! Had to contact them directly on Instagram to get a response.. then I had to get someone stay at my house to collect the wrong shoes they delivered, received the correct item now, thought they could of refunded my delivery charge, but instead got nothing! Sorry, but not really customer focused for me… you only know what a company is truly like, when something goes wrong.
I’ve just read your reply! What you forgot to mention is that it was not an “instant reply on Instagram” and the email you sent yesterday was rather sarcastic, and I asked you not to email me again!
I did send you the emails that I sent and didn’t receive a reply! My boots were not collected in the morning, but late afternoon. The boots you resent came 3 days later and they were delivered to a neighbours house, not signed for. I was lucky to have honest neighbours.
Sorry, but for me, I didn’t receive good customer service.

Always feel like you get a personal service. Lovely packaging.

I ordered two beautiful Aztec print clothing items. The quality and fit are excellent, and my order was beautifully packaged and delivered within the promised timescale.

A great item I have been trying to find & purchase for a year.
Improvement would be a size 16 or 18 to be more comfortable.

Really good company and very helpful nothing to much trouble

Love my jacket and the customer service is so good. I sent a query in the evening and got a reply almost immediately!

I have been looking for some American western jeans and these were perfect. They were so good and customer service great too that I have ended up ordering the Aztec jacket and denim jacket. The Aztec jacket has arrive and I love it. Thank you.

Quite unique!!

I always love receiving my parcels from here, they are always beautifully presented as well!
If you have been debating it… order the denim jacket, you won’t be disappointed! It’s gorgeous!

Emma-Jayne goes above and beyond for her customers, including trying on a garment and sending me pictures for an idea of size so I could decide whether to purchase. Boho Buffalo stock is always unique, high quality and packaged beautifully.
