Staff are not always aware of current information available of their clients' case status. Documents provided are not shared instantaneously across staff.

You are so right, it is hard when you have over 1000 clients to always have things scanned and entered instantaneously for all staff to share. Sometimes it takes a few days to have everything entered and available. We will try harder. :)
