The website is simple to navigate
The website is simple to navigate. The quality of the lingerie is excellent and description is spot on. I wish they would offer the microfiber panties in bikini style as well as the hipster.

EXCHANGE BEWARE
If you think you might need to make an exchange, beware. They’ll suggest you put it onto a gift card. If you ultimately decide that their bras aren’t a good match for you, they’ll claim that they cannot process a refund to your original payment method, as the exchange was made via gift card, and you’ll be stuck with a gift card to a store that doesn’t work for you. You’d think an online bra company would understand that some bra brands just don’t work for some women. Unfortunately they’re more concerned with keeping your money than they are “empowering women” like their values state.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear that you were left feeling disappointed.
We would like to provide some context regarding your order. The gift card issued to you was provided before we introduced our current exchange program and was intended as a courtesy to help you avoid paying a return shipping fee while trying a different size or style.
Since then, we have implemented a dedicated exchange program that offers free exchanges on eligible items, making it much easier for customers to find the right fit without incurring additional return shipping costs.
We understand that finding the right bra fit can sometimes require trying more than one size or style, and we strive to make that process as seamless as possible. Our Customer Care team is always available to provide fit guidance before and after purchase, and we continually review our policies to improve the customer experience.
We appreciate your feedback, as it has helped shape improvements to our returns and exchanges process, and we're sorry that your experience occurred before these enhancements were in place.

I’ve wearing blush for years, but…
I’ve wearing blush for years, and for some reason, the micro panties and bras aren’t fitting like they used to. I understand that people’s bodies change, but my body hasn’t changed since my last order which was just a couple months ago. It’s like they’re using less fabric and still calling it the same size. It’s like there’s some product shrinking going on.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your recent experience with our micro panties and bras. We understand your frustration when products don't fit as expected, especially when your body hasn't changed and your previous orders were recent. We are committed to ensuring our sizing is consistent, and we are actively looking into your feedback regarding the fit and fabric use. We value your loyalty.
