My shopping experience was great
My shopping experience was great, but it could have been excellent if you would fix the issue I encountered with the checkout button (I was shopping with my iPhone 16); when I click on it nothing happens, it's as if the link isn't really active or working. I have to click and hold the link to open to a new tab in order to view the next step. Also it would be better if you could remind customers to use the promotional discount before in the checkout process. Thirdly, I would appreciate it you could change the color and the font used for the prices in the cart; choose one that makes it pop out more or put it in bold. The current font style is elegant but not practical. Besides all of the above, everything else is all right.

As communicated on August 27, we opened a formal investigation with Canada Post because the parcel was marked as delivered but could not be located. That investigation is still underway, and unfortunately, carrier investigations can take some time to complete. We have not forgotten about you or your order and will follow up as soon as Canada Post provides its findings.
Please be assured that we will get this resolved. If the investigation concludes that your parcel cannot be located or delivered, we will gladly provide either a replacement order or a refund, whichever you prefer.
We completely understand that waiting is frustrating, and we sincerely appreciate your patience while Canada Post completes the required investigation.

Not impressed
Not impressed with the quality or the fit. The sizing is very off. Ordered the same size bra that I’ve worn for years that has fit me perfect from every other brand and my boobs are spilling out. The bralettes I ordered feel low quality. Only positive is the fast shipping.
