Ordered to dresses on 23/8/22 parcel arrived 3/9/22.
Both dresses were lovely price of each dress £20 which I thought was good value but one look awful on me so decided to return today.
Checked on website to see how to do return it stated that you should do tracked and sign for parcel.
I nearly fell on the floor to be told by post office it would cost £7:25 to return the one item.
Have returned item still in shock.
With paying for postage delivery and postage to return item comes to £10:50 halve the price of the dress so now would definitely think about ordering again from this company due to the charges

Cant thank these ladies enough for the amazing service which I have received from them. The one query I had, was dealt with both politely and promptly over the phone and via email. They were never anything other than professional Can't thank them enough for their help.

When you message they never reply charge more then other companies selling same design and one dress I ordered I put away when I got it out to take away noticed a split under the arm I have sewn it up myself to take away and sent a message to ask them to check their stock but they never reply
Even when enquiring when they item will arrive never get back .

Ordered two dresses. One had a neckline that showed my bra. The second was very tight across my bust despite saying it was my size. I am returning both dresses at my own cost. This is poor given the quality of the items. I will not be making any more purchases.

Such good service I use the online service living in Scotland and I have received fab delivery after delivery. Bought my entire summer holiday wardrobe here and the material and quality is excellent. Always something a bit different too

Such beautiful well made clothes and shoes. Really impressed with the quality and design. I was concerned about buying online but this small business gives a great service. Delivery states 3-5 working days and my order arrived on day 6 so I really think that is understandable considering the problems with transport (after Brexit) and staffing issues (after/during Covid). Now I know the quality and service is great, I will definitely be looking at ordering again.

I don't want to give you 1 star for your product but there is no athor option you cheater 1 buy a kurtha at 899 but no use it can use for clean the floor dont trust them

Appalling service from this company. I bought a few items none of which were any use so i returned items costing me £9. After 2weeks and no refund I had to contact them to which I was told they hadn’t received my parcel. Luckily i had the receipt and tracked the item which was delivered 9days prior. Still no refund! Would not recommend.

Ordered my girlfriend some clothes, and some items arrived just thrown into delivery bag without cellophane bags. The items were not actual size they are advertised as! So I had to return order and was charged £5 to return. Once they received my order back they did not refund me to my card and stated I HAD to have a voucher basically giving me no option to spend with them again even though I wanted a card refund! Disgusting company, very unprofessional & they will just copy and paste email when replying to you!

I ordered a top from them over a month ago and no notifications that it’s shipped or anything. I emailed the company asking about it and no response. Terrible service and I either want the item I paid for or my money back.

The only reason I did not rate it 5/5 was because the wait was quite a while however, it was worth it !
