Great service from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful, and they delivered exactly when they said they would. We dispatched 250k brochures and they were on the doorsteps with our customers within 2 weeks which was fantastic. I’ll definitely be using them again.

I’ve worked with several agencies over the years, but Blue Market Media are the best I’ve dealt with. We needed a partner to handle a large-scale door drop campaign of around 600k items, on quite a tight deadline, and they delivered perfectly. The planning stage was handled really well — they provided detailed maps and data on the best areas to target, which gave me confidence that we weren’t just throwing money into the air. The team were professional yet approachable, and communication was excellent throughout. The execution was spot-on, print looked sharp, deliveries happened exactly when promised and we also saw a measurable uplift in responses – v happy!

This is a genuine review about my experience with Blue Market Media
Do NOT waste your money on Leaflet drops by Blue Market Media (BMM). I have had many leaflet drops by another company unfortunately they were unable to do one on short notice. I contacted BMM and they were able to do so. After discussing areas in Winchester and sending in my artwork, I ordered a 10K leaflet drop at £1,434.00.
When the scheduled date came up, I was surprised not to get one phone enquiry, a few days later, still nothing. I contacted BMM concerned that my leaflets were not delivered, they said it takes about 3-4 weeks before people will respond, which is absolute nonsense and sent me evidence of the Tracking in Deal, Kent?!?. I mentioned that they delivered to the wrong area, then they sent me photos of street names in my chosen area with a picture of my leaflet. I believe that these were possibly photoshopped as there were no shadows on them or any human involvement.
To date I have still not received any enquiries. Normally I would get say 30-40 enquiries and possible 15 – 20 confirmed clients. I haven’t had 1 enquiry and that is 2 months later. I am not convinced that they delivered the leaflets.
I am trying to reason with them that if I had a company that produced NO results, I would take that seriously and investigate my delivery staffing. I am being fobbed off and told that they have done everything and it often happens that there are no enquiries resulting from a leaflet drop. Why bother? They are offering me fob offs instead of solutions.
Don’t use them.

After being intro’d by an old colleague about a year ago, Oliver and the team took our marketing dept through door drops and direct mail, analysing our current strategy and looking at how we can improve on this. After much deliberation, we decided to switch to blue market and we couldn’t have been happier with the results! Their data is amazing and are very responsive.

Being full-service, BMM arrange all of our direct mail campaigns from the data, envelopes, print, distribution etc. which takes the hassle off our hands, and they provide analysis on each campaign once the results are matured. This is pure manipulation of their review reputation and basically censorship, which I think is just slimy. People have a right to know how unprofessional they are.

Complete waste of money - not recommended.

We engaged Blue Market Media to design and send 30,000 mailers for us. This was time sensitive but we sent over a month past the deadline because of delays caused by a poor design process and a general lack of urgency on Blue Market Media's part, which forced us to keep agreeing to extend the deadline. We'd reply to their emails within hours and they would take days or often over a week to revert. Their replies were friendly but flakey and they were generally stalling for more time because nothing had been done since the last follow up.

We also decided to relied on them to compile the data for the mailing list on our behalf because of the experience + expertise that they initially sold us on - they were more expensive, but we thought the expertise would be worth it. We came to regret this decision as the data was full of invalid addresses and closed businesses (it was a B2B list). We reviewed the data thoroughly ourselves and pointed this out to them, but our comments were brushed off and were not addressed despite our comprehensive feedback citing several examples of unregistered companies and wrong addresses.

To date, we've had more than 5,000 letters returned because of this. This represents circa 16% of the mail being returned to our offices.

In summary, the design, data and timeframes for sending all fell far short of expectations. To date, we've receive £0 in sales from the campaign which cost around £25,000 - the poor deliverability, poor data and poor design were the main causes of this. We have made numerous attempts to address this with Blue Market Media and initiate their complaints process but all we received was a short, dismissive response stating that they had done everything that had been agreed. In reality, they did the absolute minimum possible to deliver something barely passable, leaving it up to us to chase, follow up, make suggestions, troubleshoot and generally do all the leg work. We did not benefit at all from their "experience and expertise", and we definitely could have done a faster, better job on our own for a fraction of the cost.

Best avoid these guys unless you want to burn some cash and have nothing to show for it except for a big pile of returned envelopes.

We ordered our leaflets and posters to be printed and distributed in London recently from Blue Market Media. They profiled the data for us and enabled us to select the most suitable areas to target based on our demographic profiles – the data sets were very comprehensive and worked really well. The print was perfect and delivered ahead of the advised delivery date which was fab! They were also a really reasonable cost and got back to me in detail with questions we had surrounding the campaign.
