It was my first time having my nose pierce staff was very helpfull friendly also the place was very clean i would recommend them to everyone and I would go back

Blue Banana Nottingham .. yet again you’ve treated us with care attention and made the whole process brilliant !
My Daughter took advantage of the current offer of Buy one piercing and get the second half price , she had 2 high Cartlidge piercings  . Staff upstairs sorted all she needed with ease and professionalism . Went down stairs and this time she was pierced by Tiggs ( Tegan) who we have talked to many many times when she’s upstairs ! Thank you Thank you Thankyou for your help and patience and professionalism in sorting where she wanted them doing and sorry she bled :) your a credit to Blue Banana Tiggs !! the whole experience again was fantastic ! See you all soon :) .

Me and my daughter always go to Blue banana for our piercings.
The staff are always welcoming and kind, which is great as my daughter is autistic.
So needs that extra reassurance.

The staff in Nottingham were so helpful and friendly today and made my daughter feel much better about her piercing. Heather helped figure out an issue she had from a piercing was done elsewhere. We will definitely be back thanks again

I went in the shop with no idea of what I wanted pierced and the staff in their where so lovely and helpful and reassured me if I was feeling nervous but also they are absolutely lovely in their will definitely be going back for future piercings

My girls had septum piercings today with Alex and she was amazing with them!
Patient and professional and put them at ease as they were excited and nervous.

Went into the Nottingham store with my Bestie. I had a Conch piercing and my
Bestie a Flat. Cashier was fab, very friendly, made us feel comfortable. Good choice of jewellery as well. The piercer was lovely, she was very friendly, knowledgable and the experience was great for both myself and my friend, the ship is fab as well.

Got my rook done today alongside my friend who matched. Great piercer and staff very friendly, approachable and comfortable to speak to especially if there is anxiety about getting a piercing done. Highly recommend and would come again! Thankyou to all the staff

Incredible staff, very talkative and friendly, easy to ask questions. Heather, the piercer, was great, very professional, interesting and all round great piercer. Definitely doing the rest of my piercings with them.

I took my daughter to the nottingham city branch today for a nose piercing. Along with her best friend and her Mum. The atmosphere was relaxed,super friendly and very professional. Both girls were nervous and excited but they enjoyed it very much. Thank you to the lovely ladies for making it a positive experience.

On Saturday 11th October I visited the blue banana for another piercing I was very pleased with the service I received from picking my new ear piercing and getting the ear pierced the place is very clean and the staff are really friendly and respectful i cannot find a fault with the staff they very warm and lovely

Both my online shopping experience and having my percinings in the Nottingham store have been outstanding. The speed of delivery has been second to none, and the in store customer care is first class.

had an eyebrow piercing done here today my very first face piercing and everyone was very warm and welcoming especially the piercer kyle who was very reassuring and kind. i would really recommend blue banana as their prices are beyond reasonable!!

Purchased gold earring whilst visiting Nottingham. When we got home to Manchester we had been given the wrong back for this. It is too loose. . Telephoned the shop to explain and was told we do not post out replacements. Not good as we have been misold something that is not fit for purpose. Therefore quite an expensive item that is unusable. I was told to go into the Manchester shop and they would then charge me for the replacement. I would not recommend this shop for their service at all. Really disappointed is an understatement..

Wouldn’t return
I came to Blue Banana a few weeks ago and had a great experience and the piercing was very well priced. Unfortunately this time round was different. The price for the piercing was fine, however I was not told how expensive the earrings were until the moment I was paying for everything. When I was first looking through the earrings which were offered to me, you would hope that the people working in the shop would let you know if you were about to buy earrings which are nearly £100! These earrings were in the set they give you to choose from but there was no price indication on there. If I'd had known they were that expensive I'd have never gotten them. By the time I knew the prices I'd signed all the formed and felt obligated to continue with the process. Unfortunately due to this I won't be returning.
