If I could I would have rated it -10!!!! Worst company I have ever dealt with. My experience with Bloomsflowerdelivery.com
Is as follows.
1. Delivery Day late
2. Item delivered was not what ordered and paid for.
3. Item they sent was Dead.
4. Missing the bouquet of balloons and card.
5. Refused a refund offering me a 10 dollar store credit.
NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I EVER USE THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE A HUGE SCAM.

I ordered my flowers 3 days in advance and they never delivered them. So I contacted them and they said that I have to wait til the next day or cancel my order. I said I have no choice but to cancel because I’m leaving early. Then they said I can cancel my order. No apology nothing. Not to mention, they charged my card twice. I’m waiting for refunds. This is a horrible service the flower shop uses to facilitate their orders. Don’t use bloom.

The bereavement delivery was 2 days late. Customer service was time consuming & useless and actually lied about delivery. I get a chat bot email for every complaint. They finally credited me back the extra delivery fee they charged but still waiting 2 months for the credit for the card that I paid extra for with an inscription that was thrown in blank! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

I ordered flowers on September to be delivered September 9th but no later than September 10th for a funeral. They were never delivered. September 11th i requested a refund. I have been speaking with a representative who stated they were investigating the issue and that began 3 weeks ago. She admitted there was no delivery receipt or anything. She told me the investigation would take 1-3 days, but it has been 3 weeks. A week ago she said someone will be contacting me shortly. No one has contacted me regarding this issue. Contacted the company again today for the rep to again tell me someone will contact me. Noone has of yet to do so.

Flowers was fresh and nice, delivered in the time, with a call for receiver.
Company support was helpful: AI working well also human beings talks nice.

Beware! I wish I had searched for reviews before ordering. This is a fake website. Flowers were never delivered and all contact was cut off when I expressed my concern that I was scammed. I am disputing the charge with the credit card company so hopefully I will get my money back.

If zero stars were possible I would. I ordered a basket bouquet with gerberas, little daisies, snap dragons, gardenias and other similar plants. In white, pastel purples and peach. What delivered was white and magenta roses in a thin glass vase about half the size of the expected flower and no similar flowers. This was for a miscarriage but the flowers they sent looked like something for a first date.

Only offered a 30% refund even though I didn't ask for that. I asked for the correct flowers to be sent. They said that they already spent the money on gas, paying a driver and on using fresh flowers so they shouldn't have to pay to do it again. Basically you eat the costs if they mess up.

Also they offer same day delivery but don't deliver on the same day

Ordered flowers for an Anniversary.
Paid for Expedited Delivery (4 Hours). They failed to deliver it.
No text, calls, or emails explaining they would be late.
Called customer service to cancel the order after the 4 hours window, and a bot told me that it will let somebody know that I wanted to cancel the order.
They didn’t cancel the order and delivered it 24 hours after I ordered.
They did not refund the $5.99 they charge me for Expedited Delivery (4 Hours)

Stay away from this company. They said we received flowers but we did not. Stopping my credit card payment. Horrible customer service. They repeat a script. No manager to talk to

I ordered a bouquet for my friend in Reno who just had heart surgery. I am in Sacramento and was not familiar with Reno florists, so I used a service called Bloom Flower Delivery, which sent my order to Best Flowers by Julie. The bouquet was nothing like I ordered! It was pathetic. It was supposed to be roses and hydrangea. There were two roses and one hydrangea and the rest was filler. The bouquet was half the size of the photo on the website. Plus, the card message was wrong -- it had a bunch of question marks! And it was not delivered until 8 p.m. at night -- making my friend get out of bed to answer the door. I called Best Flowers and the owner made excuses about how she is just told what flowers to use. I called and emailed Bloom Flower Delivery several times and only got an AI-generated response that they are looking into it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Flowers showed up 2 days late and the box was destroyed. It looked horrible. All to find out, the flowers came from Tom Thumb right next to my house. I literally could have gone across the street and got them myself. Do not waste your money. I tried getting a refund. No luck.

While the flowers were not exactly what I ordered, they were very beautiful regardless. The reason for the 4 stars. However they were delivered on time. The price for them were very reasonable, actually compared to local companies, very cheap. There were no hidden costs, like others had mentioned. I would use them again. I did have alot of apprehension because of the previous reviews.

I would rate them lower that one star if that was n option. I was promised delivery at a certain time and date and of course they didn't deliver as promised. When I called I was told I couldn't ger a refund, and they MIGHT be delivered the next day.,..However, she won't be there the next day, so I'm out 69.00 dollars and there is nothing I can do...STAY AWAY....FAR AWAY

Placed order online on Sunday while open. Order was for Monday before 3pm, did not receive until Monday at 730pm...No calls during day to say there would be problems, 50th Anniversary.

I’ve ordered FRESH FLOWERS on the 1st to be delivered on the 5th (so they would have enough time), they promised that the flowers would be delivered TIMELY & FRESH, the FUNERAL is done and the flowers never arrived, next day of a funeral isn’t accepted, besides NOT FRESH if stayed 3 days inside a truck,extremely sad.

They are late... They charged me express delivery fees... But still they are late... Shameless

This company did not deliver flowers that were anywhere close to the original photo. I purchased a bouquet to be delivered and even paid extra for the "deluxe version." Many of the flowers promised were missing; all of the blooms but one were unopened, and most of the blooms died before they opened. A trail of phone calls and messages yielded excuses and an offer of a 10% discount. When I tried to contact someone directly, the customer service number was not working, and I could only "speak" to a chatbox. It was over a week before I received a call back. I was promised that it would be resolved to my satisfaction, but now I have received a message that the case has been closed. Poor quality flowers and even worse customer service.

Overpriced and underdelivered. . . There were charges applied to my order that did not show up until after I placed my order. These charges increased the fees by almost $20. This is an unacceptable practice. I will NEVER again order from Bloom.

I ordered flowers for my stepmom on Thursday and were to be delivered on Saturday. These flowers were not delivered as ordered and good luck trying to reach someone by the customer service phone line because all you get is an AI and it said there was a delivery delay. I was able to reach someone by online chat who provided the UPS tracking and the flowers are not going to be delivered until Monday. The online chat told me they would be delivered on Saturday by 8 PM and failed to acknowledge the UPS tracking with a Monday delivery date. If these flowers are wilted or in poor shape I am contesting the charge on my credit card. I recommend staying away from this business for flower/plant deliveries

Ordered 12 red roses for 10 wedding anniversary on 9/24, to be delivered by 5pm. I checked thru out the day, and the delivery was scheduled to arrive on the 24th. After 5pm the delivery now says for the 25th. Obviously in no rush the delivery as they delivered around 12pm the next day. We received 6 multicolored roses in which 3 were wilted. Have not heard back after a week but they did offer a $10 rebate
