Really good customer service
Good prices, clear and easy to use website. The order came through quickly, but one of the items was wrong. I requested a refund via their website and got a call from a lovely lady. She discussed the reason for the refund and options for the exchange i actually wanted to do. She gave clear instructions in a friendly and positive way. I'd recommend dealing with them as my experience of their team was fab.

VAT isn't included til checkout time
After raising a query, Blitz dealt with it incredibly quickly and were both polite and courteous throughout. Thoroughly recommend buying your martial arts equipment from this company!

Ordered 3 plastic training knives for use with the groups I train with. Good product, ideal for training knife drills Would recommend to all martial arts groups.

I buy from Blitz over all others
I generally buy from Blitz over all other suppliers. Sadly though the stock situation hasn't seemed to get back to normal since covid. How ever their stock is excellent quality, and decent value too.

As always, we had a fantastic experience with Blitz and the items we ordered for our Martial Arts class through them. The items themselves were brilliant (a pack of breaking boards for a demonstration we attended and a duffle bag for myself). Whilst there was a minor issue with delivery (due to the courier company) Blitz contacted me straight away to inform me of the issue, apologised and confirmed the delivery would be the following day; which is was. Great professionalism and proactiveness and it’s always trouble free when ordering from Blitz.

Excellent customer service !
When there were issues with the courier, they contacted me quickly to keep me informed. When the courier let them down again, they were excellent again with their communications and even refunded the postage. Very good customer service !!
