I’m not someone to leave a bad review but I feel as if I needed to let people know about my experience. I received an email saying I’d won a main draw for £30 website credit. I emailed in case I needed to claim by doing this - but no response or top up. I emailed again a few days later in case I’d been missed but still nothing. Fast forward a week and still nothing has been added to my account on site.
I have won an instant cash prize on this site before and after giving them my details it was sent to me pretty fast, so I’m really failing to understand why they won’t top me up with this credit I won on a main draw.
I’m sure that this won’t be the experience of every player, as I said I’ve had a good experience beforehand.. but I do find this really disappointing. I’m also unable to contact the site on Facebook messenger due to them being unavailable so the only way of contact is email and clearly they either have issues with their email or aren’t checking them frequently. I also tried to contact them on site using the form but no response from this either.

I'm giving another review here because blingo competitions deserve it....it's a really good competition site cheap tickets i 💯 percent recommend I've won lots of instants come aboard and see for yourself give it a shot.
