Had a initial problem with contacting the customer service team which since has been rectified and have assured my item will be replaced with fast shipping.

Hopefully item i was sent was defective.

Received item with manufactuers flaw on the collar where the stitching didn't seem to be in line. Notified the shop with photographs & they sent out replacement. Delivery was very fast & they were a pleasure to deal with.

Goods arrived quickly and returns dealt with promptly excellent customer service special thanks to Fred dealt with my query very swiftly overall I found blacksmith store excellent

I’ve bought from Blacksmith Store a couple times. This store gives its customers outside the UK consideration since import charges were implemented. They’ve made the transaction easier for people in the rest of EU. Great service and always take the time to reply to messages. Cheers

Terrible. Ordered via amazon and had to return my order. Waited two weeks for a refund but never got one. Sent several messages and called the store, never got an answer or a reply. Avoid.

I live in Belgium and my order never arrived, which most likely had to do with the whole brexit commontion at the time. I contacted the customer service and they helped me get a a full refund of my order. They were very polite and treated the customer as king. This is a very trustworthy business so fear not before making an order.

I've placed a few orders with Blacksmith Store now and each time I've had a fantastic shopping experience. The webstore is packed with a broad range of EU exclusive brands and 'stock alerts' help ensure you're kept up-to-date on when product becomes available again.

Shipping is quick and items have been with me within a day or two of ordering. Fred and the team are really friendly and on the occasion when there was a slight issue with my order, they went out of their way to ensure that this was rectified in a timely manner.

I live in the States and was a bit weary to order a product because of shipping. However, the entire process was very easy and seamless. They shipped my product out immediately and I had it at my doorstep in less then a week. The hat I ordered is top quality and was so nice that I have already ordered a second one in different colorway. Communication was on point as well; I messaged them about hat dimensions and they got back to me very quickly with all the details. Overall, very satisfied and will definitely continue to use Blacksmith Store in the future.

I've been a Blacksmith customer for over a year now and have made a number of orders in that time. The products are always in perfect condition, are exactly as the description states and are dispatched efficiently. I accidentally ordered the wrong size on my most recent order and reached out to customer services to see if they could amend it before it was dispatched. The size change was sorted before dispatching with no delays. My new hoodie is, yet again, a wardrobe favourite.
