There website is simple to navigate and offer message alerts for restock in items sold out .Customer service is key to any business and any queries sent to Blacksmiths are responded promptly giving you piece of mind.

Amazing customer service. I had an issue with my delivery as unfortunately it went missing from my flat as I wasn’t in when it arrived. I ordered the same item straight away as it had just been restocked and I had wanted it for a while. I received a reply to my email the next working day from Jack who was very helpful and gave me a refund for my original order and said he would raise a claim with Royal Mail directly. Great independent brand that makes great clothes and looks after their customers. I had a similar problem with a delivery from another company before Christmas, and they were nowhere near as helpful as the guys at Blacksmith store.

I wanted something well made that didn't boast an enormous company logo. I bought items from Power Goods through Blacksmith and they fit the bill perfectly. They are hardy and very well made, great fit, comfortable and warm (my boyfriend has actually teased me about not going anywhere in something other than my trackies) and logo free!
The customer service is absolutely 10/10. A recent mix up was sorted immediatley at no expense to me. Jack was super helpful, punctual and friendly.
Highly recommend this brand and website to everyone! 🙂

Good folk providing the quality of products we thought we could only dream of at reasonable prices. These guys are a diamond in the rough in todays world.

I've ordered from Blacksmith several times having yearned for quality, durable, heavyweight goods which I thought were only a fantasy by todays standards, and have never been disappointed.

I recently made the hideous faux pas of accidentally confusing the returns labels of a two packages, one going to Blacksmith, another to another brand. I promptly received a call off Charlie at Blacksmith who was a really sound guy, totally understanding about the situation. He offered to cover the returns cost to the other brand with no questions asked, and was incredibly patient while the other brand took 6+ weeks to respond. What a legend. Cheers Charlie! It's incredibly rare and refreshing to find people who are looking to take as little as they can from consumers, as opposed to as much as they can. These ethics shine throughout the business.

Be grateful to have businesses like this still around. Up the independents!

The customer service I received from Jack was absolutely second to none. What an absolute legend. He went above and beyond to help me out with my order and made me feel very valued as a Blacksmith customer. Faith in humanity restored.

Several good experiences ordering there. My last order sadly got stolen in Front of my Door, as it was dropped off there by the mailman. Although they didn‘t have to, they offered to replace the missing order free of charge. Incredible customer service and great shop overall!

Really great products and top tier customer service, garments are expensive but you get what you pay for, the Blacksmith 750gsm hoody in particular is lovely, after you wear it for a few hours and all the cotton relaxes it’s really nice

Absolutely top class guys there, I’ve been looking for good HEAVY basic sweatpants and a crewneck.

After finding it, and tons of other stuff I would’ve loved to buy if I had slightly less control, the order came quickly and precisely. The guys even sent a personal email to me afterward just to check in, and it was actually quite thoughtful!

The clothing selection is fantastic, shipping is fast, and at least what I ordered this go around fits perfectly and is EXACTLY to a T what I was looking for. They’re going to be my go to guys for all basics and probably more as well.

Great selection, well priced and very helpful customer service. Highly recommended.
