The nurses and doctors were top notch but one of the secretaries who checked me in was abrupt. After being stung for €350 excess, which I hadn’t been warned about by another abrupt secretary who gathered my details on the phone, I had to wait four hours for a bed. There was no sympathy just, “It’s not my fault so don’t complain to me.” I had heart failure and my heart can’t cope with lengthy standing or sitting on an uncomfortable chair. It’s hard to pump the blood up from my legs. I would have been quite happy with a little bit of kindness and a more comfortable place to sit.

€250 for a 5 minute consultation with an oral surgeon in the Galway clinic. The café is very expensive and the garden walk was disappointing.

From the moment my dad was welcomed by Migan in the preanesthesia clinic her graciousness, professionalism, empathy & general decency was profound. It’s so good to see that real nurses still live . Thank you Migan

From the moment I arrived at the A&E Dept in the Galway clinic I was looked after immediately in the most professional and caring way anyone could ask for.

I had an Mri scan and referred to Dr Odhran Murray. Top class most caring and a total professional in every way. He went way and above what was required to get me the urgent care I needed. Examined me carefully and listened to everything I had to say. He thoroughly explained the serious problem I had and gave his very professional advice.

I felt immediately he cared and I could trust him with my life.
He also a thorough gentleman someone you can relate to immediately.

He is a credit to his profession and a top class surgeon.

To all the staff in the Orthopedic unit nurses, admin, theatre staff, and catering staff for the thorough caring and professionalism care I was given. I will be forever grateful to you all.

So this is the new name for Glaway Clinic. I must say that there customer service is appalling. I have been trying for five weeks to get in touch with the radiology department because of an error on my report. No answer to the phones. Ever. I have complained and various people have now been in touch but really expect much better from this organisation, especially at the prices charged.
