Being a relatively new business owner of an e-retailer/Shopify store, it wasn't easy to find a lender willing to give me a loan at fair and reasonable rates, but 8fig (part of Bizcap Canada) saved the day. Juan answered all my questions and hooked me up with a growth plan in a short period of time that is working well for my growing business. 8fig is a typical Merchant Cash Advance company with high daily payment requirements that start immediately after funding and high fees. Their customer service is mediocre. They never respond to contact forms on their website and their phone support is not that great. IF they say they will call you back, don't count on it. They won't. I suppose, for the industry they are in, it's not bad. But not exactly a quality experience.
