Everyone has been absolutely wonderful to work with. From Rolf, Gabriel, Ben and Daan- they are professional yet personal. It is always wonderful to work with people in the industry that take a high level of pride in both their work and customer service.

This was my first order with Bitgild.com and was scheduled to be delivered in two separate packages. Following delivery of the first package from UPS it was clear the package had been opened in transit and the contents stolen.

On reporting this to Bitgild their response and handling of the subsequent investigation was exceptional. This was a large purchase and stressful loss for me but the clear and professional handling of the situation is all you could wish for. The entire order was cancelled and following the UPS investigation a full refund was issued.

I'd like to express my sincere thanks to Gabriel and colleagues for their patience and regular communication throughout. A trustworthy and genuine company who, even when the worst happens, respond professionally to resolve the situation. Many thanks.

Alles in Ordnung, die Lieferzeit ist etwas länger. Aber ansonsten hat alles geklappt. Der Support antwortet nach ca. 2 Tagen

You can read my original post below. Eventually the coin was delivered, all good. For some reason they didn't receive any of my emails but in the end all worked fine. It took them 10 days in total to deliver it.

I have purchased gold coins a few times from BitGild and all went fine. HOWEVER, I recently purchased a Kruggerand and it's been 5 days without a response. I received the confirmation of order email but since then I have sent them close to 10 emails in all the possible addresses they have and I haven't got an answer. It makes me think if they simply made as much as they could and now they simply ran away. I hope this is fixed so I remove my comment but until then everyone BEWARE

I highly recommend Bitgild. They are polite and quick to respond , my orders arrive quickly and the whole system is user friendly. Safe and secure .I love this company.

Je suis aussi surprise qu'il n'y ait pas de suivi ni d'historique de commande dans votre site. J'ai choisi un point de livraison et je suis passée aujourd'hui et il est fermé jusqu'au 2 juillet inclus. J'aimerais changer de lieu de livraison et j'aimerai savoir si les gold coins arriveront sous scellés ? Je vous remercie de rentrer en contact avec moi car il s'agit d'une commande importante.
