I am very happy with the condition of the watch; they were also happy to date the warranty from December 25th as it is a Christmas present. I will be using these guys again and will recommend them to friends.

Great service, great watch!

What a fantastic experience. The selection of watches is great. The descriptions are accurate including indicating any flaws or wear. Communication is great after purchasing. Tracking was provided quickly. Came with a travel case and cloth plus a certificate of authenticity. Extremely happy and will purchase more.

Ordered a vintage watch online from Birthyear watches and recieved the watch before 1pm the following day well packaged in a complimentary watch case and set to time .
Great service from BYW , I would definitely use them again !

Scott was very responsive, handling also the tax clarifications. The watch itself is definitely as described, if not better. Shipping was fast and transparent. All round, a great experience!

Really simple and fuss-free experience buying a watch i have wanted for many years (a 1970 Tissor PR516). The watch was well photographed and described on the website and arrived well packaged, quickly and as described. Very happy!

The watch was received timely and in great condition. Great communication and experience overall.

A great service end to end. Easy to navigate website and the delivery was efficient (via Royal Mail). Overall would recommended.

Service and shipping was quick

Speed of delivery more than good. The watch meet description to a tee, only way it could have been better if the watch was free. But that’s just being greedy, more than happy with the total experience (except having to pay for it)!. Had one query once received watch, but sorted with one phone call, so customer service bob on thank you

Highly recommended. Very good information on the website, including a dedicated video on the particular watch. Excellent communication, very fast shipping and the watch is as described - working well and looking great.

Scott was great on communication, the watch came exactly as described and very quick delivery. I will definitely be a returning customer.
