I ordered my test from Biograd on Monday and I ordered the fast track service, paying and additional £4.99 . Well its Wednesday now and I'm flying Friday all the numbers on All the emails have ceased to work and I have not received anything nor can I call anyone to Ffind out why. Literally the worst service I have ever received anywhere on earth don't waste your money still no test , refund or anything that makes sense. Do NOT waste your money these people are crooks.

Very efficient, the clinical professional that administered the test swab was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Overall very pleasant experience and thorough.

Phone up and ask your questions. Then go online and book. I dont understand these 1 Star reviews. Me experience was great and theyre the cheapest by far.

USE ANYONE ELSE FOR YOUR L’POOL TESTING NEEDS

Incompetence and absolutely no integrity to speak of. Their actions and the way they behave undermine any legitimacy they have as a covid testing centre and I will be submitting requests to whichever regulating body to take a look at this shambles of a lab.

I scheduled an appointment for a PCR test the day before my flight. That evening (a Friday), I received an email ostensibly containing my results. Instead, what I saw was likely the form letter the lab technician edits before sending out but with a “fit to fly” label at the end of it. Not knowing what was happening, and having sent an email and called the help line, I scheduled another test the following morning because time was of the essence. When I arrived, they refused to give me a test, stating that my results barred me from testing for 5 days. They made zero attempt to contact me until I arrived at the testing site.they denied sending an incorrect email.

If they were professional and had any integrity, they would at least acknowledge the possibility of an incorrect result and that their actions have essentially undermined any confidence in their results. Instead, they refused to be of any assistance or to acknowledge any discrepancy in what they did, despite OBVIOUS DIGITAL EVIDENCE. Zero ethics, whether medical, professional, or personal. I will see whether I can report this incident for follow up from a regulatory authority because they do not deserve to be operating with these standards.

Again, tl;dr, USE ANYONE ELSE IN LIVERPOOL or anywhere they are located. My subsequent experience at DAM was a polar opposite. Scumbags

Ordered click and collect pre travel test, went to bootle branch today 05.09.2022 to collect but was approached by this very rude older tallish woman who wanted to stop me from going in to collect my order. She said "we're closing now and I'm only waitingfor my taxi to go home" ( just when she saw me trying to go in) and walked towards the entrance to close it, I said the email I got after ordering said I can collect anytime from 8 till 6, she then said OK go on and throwing her hand all over the place ( in a rude manner) went in spoke to 2 females inside (1 younger 1 shorter) who were very pleasant and polite, they were still working didn't mention they were closing. On the way out this unprofessional individual wanted to correct her rude approach by trying to talk nice but that didn't change the initian given impression about Biograd. Won't be using again I'll pay more to be treated better

My wife and I attended Biograd in person to receive a supervised Antigen test. Both staff on reception were friendly and helpful. After receiving suitable advice from the a very pleasant nurse, the tests were administered precisely on time (we were allowed to test together) in a private cubilcle. We were given the test result after the required waiting period and informed we would receive an email certificate in 3 to 4 hours. Emails arrived within the hour - excellent. Although we have read negative reviews for postal tests, we cannot fault the whole process if you attend in person. Highly recommended.

A good service that I would use again.

I’ve now taken two PCRs with Biograd through the post a week apart as I wanted to check if I was negative with a holiday coming up and a recent infection. Both have been negative, which baffles me as it’s only been a month since I recovered and still have a lingering cough, but it’s reassuring all the same. The results and kits have always arrived quickly and efficiently and these are certainly the cheapest PCRs on the market. Highly recommended.

This company seems to fail to appreciate that PCR Tests for travel are extremely time sensitive. I ordered a test on a Saturday and didn’t receive it until the following Wednesday!!!, by which time it was too late.
I can just about accept that Sunday isn’t a trading day, but to then send it on a 2 day 2nd Class posting is unacceptable.
Get real!!!!!
The only good thing about this company is the price. However I don’t mind being charged an extra pound for reliability.

Everything was fast and easy! I phoned prior and the man was so helpful and explained everything about booking and the different tests I could take for pre-travel. I then pre booked my test the night before. I arrived and the two ladies were so welcoming and helpful - they talked me through everything and answered any questions I had. This is my second time using Biograd and I think they are fab. Testing priced also reasonable. Thank you!

Purchase RT-PCR postal test kit. Arrive quickly with in 48hrs of purchase. Contacted customer service before the purchase to check about the postal sample reaching back to the lab with 24hrs Royal Mail tracking. I was advise for guaranteed quick result but to do it on site. I purchased the postal RT-PCR test for my child. Was easy to follow instructions. I posted the sample back by paying extra £7 for special next day 1pm deliver with Royal Mail. Posted the sample at 4.15pm on 9th August 2022, the sample was delivered by 11.30am on 10 August 2022. Test result was received on 10 August 2022 at 5.25pm. Happy with the purchase and service. Reasonable price. Overall very efficient service. Would recommend to anyone.

Great service from the guys at Liverpool airport. They reassured us we'd have our daughter's test result in time to make our flight. We actually received the result within about 15 minutes.

Really bad experience. Didn’t get the result in time and had to get an emergency test done. Total waste of money. My sample never reached them in 24 hours inspite of posting it in time. Even after reaching they have taken more than 48 hours for the results. What’s the point of emergency testing?

Honestly, I was unsure about the whole postal PCR thing.I ordered kit a week before but it came within 48 hours as promised.
I posted test kit around Tuesday 12 pm and I had results by 1430 Wednesday.
Superefficient and so much cost effective as compared to other labs which are quoting any price under the sun.
I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
