Wowza! I honestly couldn’t be more thrilled with Billy’s Bus and the service provided by Laura (Founder and Owner) and Mike (the Wednesday driver)! 🐾 From the very first interaction, it was clear that they care as much about our four legged family members as we do.
The team are incredibly caring, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Alan, my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, absolutely loves it and after being very nervous about going on a bus, he now barges to the front of the queue and jumps on the bus unaided! Alan doesnt usually like leaving me but when he sees the Yellow Bus, he's straight up onto the bus, doesn't look back and can't wait to get going!
Alan adores people and dogs alike and I wanted him to spend more time with other dogs. He comes home happy, well-exercised, a tad muddy 🤣 and ready for a snooze after 3 hours of fun and socialising.
The collection and drop-off service is so convenient, and the updates and photos give me total peace of mind knowing he’s having the best time. It’s clear that every dog is treated as an individual, with so much love and attention.
