ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY
Don't order from here! the clothes are RUBBISH! I ordered a skirt on 2nd March. It arrived almost a month later and I'm almost sure its just a Shein/Temu piece. It looks noting like the image except for the print, is a totally different shape and different stitching.
When I reached out for an update on shipping via chat and email I was ignored until a response finally arrived 25 days post order when it finally landed.
I shared my displeasure at the quality and service and was SASSED!
This place if for the bin.
*edit in response to the reply. Excuse me haahha? If anyone's reading this, please go look at my review on their Facebook page where I have screenshotted and posted every interaction which is date and time stamped.
Further response isnt required as the images well and truly speak for themselves.
** second edit, they have disabled reviews on their Facebook page. I urge you to read all of the negative reviews here and do not buy from this place, their response to me is is entirely the opposite of what actually happened so I can only presume their responses to the other reviews are as well.

We’re disappointed to read this, especially as the item in question has been one of our bestsellers purchased and loved by literally thousands of our customers and even featured by influencers. The style you ordered was offered at a heavily discounted price of $65 (down from $120), and due to high demand, we experienced a brief stock delay which caused a longer dispatch time than usual. We communicated this as soon as your order was allocated and fulfilled.
To suggest we ignored your messages is not accurate. While there was a delay in response due to the order backlog at that time, our team did get back to you and I’ve reviewed the communication—at no point was anyone “sassed” or unprofessional. We always aim to handle enquiries respectfully, and we ask the same in return.
We are a growing independent brand, and while we are not claiming to be a luxury label, we take pride in our sourcing and product curation. If you were unhappy with the item received, you were welcome to follow our standard returns process outlined on our site.
We’ll continue to do our best to support the 1000's of lovely customers and uphold the quality and service standards we believe in. We are in talks with Meta regularly and they actually remove people who are defamatory.. you have your opinion! And thats ok! It feels like you want to have an argument though. We did our best on your order and will always strive to do better, we truely wish you the best and hope you find styles you love elsewhere, we honestly do Jazmin!!

It’s a rip off company.
Don’t expect anything great from this company.
I am a regular shopper and it’s the worst quality clothes they have to offer.
The rudest customer service as well.
Waste of money, very poor quality and took 8 weeks for delivery, upon enquiry was told that its coming from LA and when I enquired for the second time was told that it’s coming from China.
Probably SHEIN and temu quality.
Very very rude and unprofessional customer service.
Would not recommend.

At the time of this customer’s order, we were experiencing significant disruption due to the LA warehouse being impacted by the California fires. This caused unexpected delays across our dispatch network—something we communicated transparently with affected customers. It was a very difficult time for a small business, and we genuinely appreciated the understanding and patience shown by the majority of our community as we worked through urgent operational changes.
We have since shifted our operations, and now dispatch from Sydney, Germany, and Shenzen, to ensure faster and more reliable delivery.
We have never claimed to be a luxury or designer label. However, we do source from reputable, ethical designers and are proud of the styles we offer at accessible prices. Comparing our products to fast fashion marketplaces like SHEIN or Temu is not only inaccurate—it overlooks the work, care, and standards that go into every piece we select.
As for customer service, we stand by our team, who respond daily to enquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Rudeness or aggression from customers is never acceptable, and we always aim to keep communication respectful on both sides.
We remain proud of what we do and the customers we serve around the world—and we’ll continue to do so with transparency, integrity, and style.

Terrible terrible quality and sizing. Overcharge you for some cheap garments. When you try to return for a refund or exchange, they will ignore and block you. Horrible customer service. The absolute worst.
