After looking into your transaction, it appears that your order was delivered 11 days after your purchase, which does fall into our 3-10 business day shipping estimate that we advertise on our site. We always strive to have our sellers aim for the shorter end of that range, but sometimes delays occur, and for that we apologize.

Follow up to my previous post: “still no bike”
Follow up to my previous situation. While I never did receive my new bike, Griffin at the Bike Exchange worked to make things right. Recognizing that most of the issue was the poor communication on the shipper’s (FedEx) part, he nonetheless offered several possible solutions including offering full refund of the purchase. While I missed out on key events this summer on my new bike, the apology was sincere and the solution was fair.

Located this bike for 50% off compared to several other online retailers. It was received quickly with no damage, and assembly was quick. Saved me several hundred dollars. Would definitely consider using BikeExchange again. It would be great if they offered free shipping.

Hey Ron, thank you for your purchase. It looks like your bike was shipped out on Wednesday, July 23rd. On Monday, July 28th, FedEx attempted to deliver your bike but you were not home to sign for your package. It appears they have attempted to deliver your bike every day this week and have not been able to reach you for a signature. Due to the high-value nature of our products, we require signatures on deliveries to avoid theft.
