Sister company

This company is the worst.. they do not pay out your winnings. I ended up contacting my bank to get my initial deposit back and few days later I tried to log in and bigwins denied my access!! They took of the chat option. Wouldn't reply to messages. Cut of live chats. Disgrace

I have wrote a couple of reviews on this site and since then I've discovered that this is a rogue site with a fake licence I am very sure that my money has gone there have been warnings put on other review sites so I hope that anyone reading this avoids this casino so they don't lose out

Complete scam!! When asked to close the account they tell you to email the manager. I have over 20 times now and no response, money has gone out of my bank account which I haven’t deposited. Chat cuts you off as soon as you start questioning them. Keep well clear.

As literally every other comment says, you will not get your withdrawal paid out. Absolute scam. Something needs done to close this site.

I have been paid out today after waiting for 4 months. Sending a little hope for everyone in the same position.

I've been waiting since the 8th of July for my withdrawl of £600. I had already passed the KYC checks before withdrawing. I have spoken to the live chat almost daily to be told the same generic copied and pasted excuses and then today my withdrawl has been cancelled by them and I am now starting the whole process again.
From other forums it seems they do this on a 90 day cycle and cancel your withdrawl. I am yet to see anybody post a positive experiance about this site, and I am yet to see anybody ever get their money. Total con artists, their support email does not work I reported them through casino guru and even they have not had any response nor have other customers. From doing some more digging about this corrupt site I have found they have an appalling rating of 1 safety index and a fake licence.
Avoid at all costs and if you can report your deposit to them as fraud via your bank or payment method.

I am absolutely devastated with this Casino are usually get my money within a week but I’ve been waiting 11 weeks for my money to go in my bank account. The stress and anxiety I’ve had for 11 weeks consistently emailing and going on live chat it’s absolutely draining. I’ve been signed off work also due to stress I won £500 where is it?
