Never used this company but they have acquired my details and email address by some dodgy means and keep emailing me .i have requested that they don’t but they still do.this company went bust just check companies house

Great range of clothes and fantastic customer service. Order delivered quickly and in good condition exactly as described. I've had loads of great experiences with them over the years and they have never failed to fix any issues and give great service. 💯 Recommend to any bigger fellas.

unsubscribed twice already from their mailing (I never did subscribe) but they continue to ignore. I will never ever buy from them anymore

Fast and prompt delivery with a quality product

Ordered some clothes when I was stuck in hospital and unable to get home - the selection was really good, the prices very reasonable and I've loved the shorts I ordered!
Only downside - no house slippers in my size...
I will be ordering more, and I urge you to give them a go.

Having purchased a pair of swimming shorts that fitted perfectly and washed well during our recent Ibiza holiday, I was eager to have a second pair. I was not disappointed.

The choice was quite varied and the quality of the products was just perfect. I ordered socks for my son who is a shoe size 14 and the socks fit perfectly and so comfortable. Will be buying all his clothes from Big Clothing 4U from now on.

Don't bother paying for next day postage.

They say they do same-day dispatch if the order is made before 3:30PM, so I paid the extra for next day delivery as I needed it next day.

Well, two days later they finally decide to dispatch it. Great job guys. Paid for next day, got it three days later. Totally got the service I paid for eh.....

No clothes.
No refund.
Never responds.
This was my first order with them, they just kept my money and ignored me, the number of times I’ve contacted them means I can be certain it is deliberate.
They do this because the police don’t follow-up on fraud/theft below £200.
So don’t shop here, or spend at least £200 with them.

Still waiting for the £116 they stole from me. They pretend they are a different “entity” to the scammers who stole my money but it’s the same people involved in running the ‘business’ . Avoid or you could be next.

I tried the polite route but emails weren't answered and neither was the phone.Why would anybody in their right mind trade under a name synonymous with theft and fraud? You had numerous chances to sort out my problem when I asked for my refund 2 months before you declared insolvency or whatever.I tried politely when when the new 'entity' came into being.Nothing happened then!It is widely known that the same behind the scenes people are pulling the strings.Return my money.Ben Harris Pearson is listed at Companies House as an active director.He is the founder of the company in 2015.Aren't you going to wish me a happy 1st anniversary for having my money stolen?

Buyer beware. After a bad experience with this company I started looking at their reviews. According to previous customers bc4u also trades as big matts and uptheir. Check out the reviews on trustpilot. Another customer noted that the company went into liquidation owing
many customers money, They reopened with a new director, his wife. The cut and paste answer they give in these reviews means they are mocking you for trusting them. This is information provided by other customers so worth checking out before you throw your hard earned money at them. I believe the only reason i received a full refund was I paid with paypal.
To counter their untruthful reply, they sent sarcastic emails regarding other customers". Obviously these other customers are not the many many from the bad reviews. What they fail to say is on my original order, they had a timer which stated I would receive my items in 3 days (I have screenshot). They also accepted my money for postage , knowing they could not fulfill the order in time. An email to tell me my order was going to be over a week late would have been the professional thing to do. I also went back to their site and checked for the same item and the counter still said order now , receive in 3 days. I would say being lied to and the sarcastic emails were enough to call it a bad experience. If you don't believe I was only reimbursed because I used paypal, read their reviews, there are many people out of pocket still. Why would people spend their hard earned money with a company that goes bankrupt and reopens with the wife as the new owner. Lots of reviews are from 2024 not 2023 so it looks like they are up to the same thing.
Look at the reviews for "big matts" and "uptheir" if you need confirmation as i believe these are part of the same company.

I have bought items from Big clothing 4u,
for a long time , always pleased with the results, great gear at a fair price, recently i sent them some items I was returning to a different company, by mistake, when i realised my error, I contacted them, all my goods were returned to me, I know they hada job locating them. but still helped me out.

If over the years, you, like me, have found that if you leave your clothes in the wardrobe too long, they shrink, but that is no longer a problem, as although certain shops that used to cater for people with a larger frame , have disappeared from our high streets, there is one particular saviour to all who have put on a bit over the years. That is "Big Clothing 4 U". They provide an excellent range of clothing at reasonable prices, affordable by all, and great quality to boot. They are certainly worth having a look at, by all people who have lost the plot clothes wise as soon as you expand past the high street limit of 2XL. They go much further. Have a look, you won't regret it.

got a pair of shorts from these people, wore them twice and all the seams under the back pockets all tore, contacted them but no replies. the phone number says you have to use the website to contact them they just will not get back to me. I have spent a fair amount of money with these, I find a major fault with 1 product and they don't want to know. WILL TAKE MY CUSTOM ELSE WHERE! There reply below is not correct, the first email I sent about 10 days before the second was not replied to. They started responding soon after this review went up. Plus they state with returns must be in original packaging which I do not have and then say the item will be inspected and maybe sent back to me. I've had lots of clothing from them and have one faulty item and it's been a nightmare. I'll be sending them back and will update with outcome here.

Well it’s been over 9 months now since I returned an item of clothing from big clothing 4 U and given up trying to get a refund of £40. Endless emails and unanswered phone calls, have stopped using this company and never will AGAIN!!!
