The clothes are of excellent quality
The clothes are of excellent quality, have been delivered promptly and are value for money. The service from staff is also excellent and on the odd occasion that I’ve had to return items, the money has been refunded via a transparent process

Mostly great
Great fast service.
Good returns procedure.
Mainly good quality items.
Once you suss the sizes they are consistent.
Clothes for normal size people, no stick insects need apply.
More unbranded options would be nice, but colours are great.
Bit too expensive.

The products are really good
The products are really good. My partner finally found the trouser that fit him perfectly. Customer service could improve a bit. It is never possible to speak to some one. Which I prefer if I need to ask something.

The truth
I have been using these for a very long time and the range of products is amazing. However there was one time in which I was left on read for a refund and it took weeks to sort out. I still use the service to this day.

I think the refund within 28 days…
I think the refund within 28 days policy is utterly ridiculous. I had to return an item, which big clothing 4 u received back on 6.3.23. Was told the refund will take up to 28 days to process. Why?! I sent a parcel back to sports direct and they received it on the same day as big clothing 4 u and I received the refund two days later. I will not be using big clothing 4 u again as 28 days is too long to wait for a refund if I needed to return items

The price is right
The price is right. The quality of the clothing is very good. The clothes fit me perfectly. The different range of colours and patterns is enormous. The website is easy to navigate. The discounts can be very generous indeed. I have never had to return an item and they all fit perfectly. Delivery options are simple and sometimes free.

Comfortable, soft, great customer care
I have tried multiple places for their large shirts, most of them start well, but quality starts lacking.. Now with BC4U I have made a few orders, including a hoodie (which had a slight defect, but the replacement was speedy and easy) and multiple t-shirts.. I always have a problem finding shirts that have a collar up to my neck which they have here.. The shirts are soft and comfortable, and I did specifically order one size bigger than I usually would, I actually prefer the slight baggyness of the shirt..
10/10 would order again and again.. this is my new go to shop for my clothing!

I have ordered from this company before…
I have ordered from this company before for a bunch of birthday presents, my brother is a strongman so struggles to find nice clothes that fit. If anything the clothes come up bigger than expected, but great delivery and decent clothes!
