I really loved the products last time I ordered so I dicided to order again, due to technical problem I had to cancel my order, a day after and I got my refund
The service was excellent the entire procedure

After placing my order I got the jerseys in about three weeks. I ordered size XL and have never seen such large jerseys in my life. my chest circumference is 44 inches the XL on their website said it would fit between 42-45 so I ordered an XL.

The jerseys that came were 48 to 50 inches around the chest and the length was so long it went well past my hips. I would probably trip if I tried to walk in them.

After emailing customer service and having to provide many photographs with measurement examples I was told that the jerseys fell within their standards and I could not get a different jersey sent to me in the right size.

I was told I could get a refund and in order to get a refund everything has to be sent back in original condition with tags. I would have to pay shipping and a customs form with a tracking number. this cost me just shy of $30.

I have yet to receive any refund and will never in my life purchase from this company again.

Be warned. Buy something you can try on first.

being a costumer for about 2 years ... never had a bad experience with them .. love the kits .. and their very unique designs ... always arrived on time ... this last time this wasn't the case thou ... due to the PANDEMIC my country (mexico) changed some rules about products coming in from some countries ... so UPS or FEDEX could not be used ... so instead a lesser known company had to be used and it took twice as long to get to me ... BUT IT DID GET TO ME ... and Cheng in costumer service was on the case the entire time ... making sure i felt safe about getting my Xmas presents for my brother and a couple of things for me ofcourse :)---

Very happy with my thermal jersey- it's super warm for this Californian weather wimp! Shipping was timely, pricing is great.

Took 4 months to receive order. Material of jersey is low quality, ordered men's got a women's jersey. BB really sucks! Stay away

I gave a 5 stars rating before because the CS was so helpful. (items haven't arrived yet.)

Then this chaotic thing happened,
I ordered 3 items plus 1 with bonus.
waited 1 month and only received 1 item.

I asked about the other 2 and the CS suddenly became sooo SLOW,
after waited 1 another month, they finally informed that my item was LOST.

Waited more for another 5 days to get my partial refund.

One of the worst online shopping experience so far.

Every time I wear an outfit, or a jersey, I always recieve compliments.

The company was terrific in processing my order. They shipped the item immediately. There was a delay but it wasn’t on their end, it was the postal service. They were very helpful in figuring out what had happened and my experience was positive in the end. I will be using their company for future purchases.

Great quality for the money. Also, customer service was incredibly helpful and responsive when helping switch out a size.

I would rate Bicycle Booth a zero if that was an option. I've not received an item I ordered on August 10, 2021, today is November 4? Tried calling, emailing with no results, I am at a loss and don't know what to do. I think it's too late to contact my financial institution to dispute the changes since it's been so long ago, but I'll try. At this point, I'll try anything?

My jersey is perfect fit and comfort. With the ongoing Supply Chain Challenges, I received my jersey ahead of promised delivery date.

My Jersey is so soft and comfortable!! When it came it was too small, I emailed their customer service and they contacted me right back and were wonderful in taking care of the problem!!
And have done follow up to make sure everything was fine. Great customer service!!

It was very difficult to get in touch with someone at first but then when I did the person was very nice and helpful. I had to make a change to my order. I’m looking forward to receiving my new items.

It has been great doing business with Bicycle Booth. Unfortunately I couldn't use the Jersey I ordered, but was very pleased with the quality and fabric. The return process was handled easily by Christopher. I will be ordering from them again!

I would rate them a 0 if I could, I’ve had the worst experience with this company I paid for expedited shipping and was first told that my address was blacklisted by customs (total lie) and that it couldn’t be delivered so I needed a new delivery address! Which delayed the item by 2 weeks FYI they didn’t even refund my extra shipping fee! Next after trying to process a return they completely ghosted me after my item was delivered! I called 3x a day for a week and was sent to voice mail every time I even emailed them to no avail! Worst company ever BUYER BEWARE

I needed some help from customer service on an item that was the wrong size. I normally purchase large but I was surprised that the jersey and bibs were actually a bit too big.

They helped me resolve the issue and I'm very pleased to have gotten things straightened out.
