Bonjour, La collection BIC est heureuse à détenir bien que certains ne me plaisent pas du tout ... Mais une chose est certaine, c'est que les 4 couleurs n'ont surtout pas une bonne prise en main, il faut reconfigurer la forme pour cela. Je n'utilise à cet effet que le BIC ATLANTIS d'une seule couleur malheureusement; ce modèle est à reproduire pour la bonne prise en main pour les 4 couleurs. merci de votre attention.

I love Bic lighters and pens, however I think that the 4 colour pen is not viable and the new Ad for bic less so. As a long time user/ purchaser of this product. I use the black and the blue and then throw the pen away. Red will be always a negative. But where as green is fun , purple and pink are more fun. 💜 🩷. I have had to buy lesser products just to get the colour choice. My suggestion, change out the green and red for more appropriate colours please? . Xx

I had a lighter blow up in my face, it burned my nostrils mouth and throat. When I finally spoke to someone in customer service, her name Alex Miller she asked me to send the lighter to have them check it out. 2 weeks after they received the lighter I called Alex to see if it was looked at. She then proceeded to leave me a message the following week saying the tests were done, adding "I'm not sure why you wanted to be contacted once they were completed but I could call her back" I called her back and told her my hopes in bringing attention to them to recall that lot number of products. She laughed under her breath and then said "the lighter functioned properly and that it was something external to the lighter that made it malfunction" She then said I must've had alcohol on my breath or hand sanitizer on my hands. I asked her how they determined that and she again said the lighter performed perfectly in the tests they did. I told her I tried the lighter a few times before I mailed it to her and there wasn't enough fluid to provide even a small flame assuming that it expelled all butane when it blew up in my face so I asked if they added fluid to run the tests. She immediately told me that the lighter was fine and that I caused the lighter to blow up in my face. At that point I was very adjetated to have someone blaming the victim to make their product appear safe. Buyer Beware when purchasing a BIC lighter!!! They care NOTHING about their customers BAD experiences with their product and blame the customer instead of their own shotty business model of not taking accountability regardless of the danger/damage to the customer!

Je prend 2 packs surprise . 2 fois le même pack , je leur fait parvenir un message ,
Sur ce 3eme pack 3 crayons identiques aux 2 packs précédent .

Je renvoi donc un mail on me propose 5€ de dédommagement à utiliser dans les 3 mois …. Merci mais non merci . J’appelle ça du courage de gueule

Service client incompétent, je les ai contacté à 4 reprises pour un lot de 3stylos 4couleurs shine mon lot était composé de seulement 2 stylos dont un rose et un violet ( super pour des garçons ados !) alors qu'il devait y avoir un violet ou un rose, un gris et un bleu.
Un mois et demi après un appel et 2 relances sur site, je rappelle et on me dit qu'ils n'ont plus de bons de réduction et que je n'aurai qu'un bon de réduction pour le stylo manquant mais surtout pas pour un lot pour s'excuser... Les offres promotionnelles des magasins seront terminées bien entendu lorsque j'aurai peut être reçu un petit bon.

Reliability. In bic I trust. In the date of experience (stupid), it wouldn't let me go back 40 years. Everytime is A- Quality @ C teir pricing. You can get a little better products, but it'll cost you a lot more

BIC MAKE BETTER PENS

Company gets great reviews from employees but upper management leaves a lot to be desired. They treat assistants poorly, speak down to them, and are unprofessional to say the least! They expect the impossible at a moments notice!. Would NOT recommend taking an admin job there!

I have been buying bic gelocity pens for years now and recently when purchasing multi packs one or two of the pens in the package do not work. I submitted a complaint and was asked to mail the pens and they will send me coupons for more. Terrible costumer service from a multi million dollar corporation.

I purchased a Bic Multipurpose Flex Wand lighter last month. It was not a good purchase because it is very difficult to light. I struggled with it and had to use 2 hands. I am not pleased. Will look for another brand.

I bought a bic razor to use before my holiday. Used it very carefully as I always do. It cut me so deep I ended up in a foreign hospital multiple times on holiday having it seen to. I was told “if I had left it any longer, it would have been very serious” I was on antibiotics to clear up the infection, my ankle had swollen to double the size. I was unable to walk, i had to actually hop around. I was unable to do any of my water sports activities which is the reason I went on this holiday so my £1000 is wasted because of this product. I contacted them over a month ago in multiple different ways and had no response. Do not buy!

The last 6 months of buying Bic Soleil Escape Razors have been painful to use. Thought it would of been a bad razor so I used another same issue! Super painful like I am scraping little plastic pieces down my skin. Has anyone else had this experience?

I’ve been using BIC disposable razors for 20 years and I’ve always found them to be excellent however the last 12 months or so the quality of the blade has really deteriorated sure why but I won’t be using BIC anymore sadly. It’s back to electric again..

Just shaved and it looks like Freddy Kruger has set about me.

They definitely make the best lighter but now that they have less then have the butane as before. Boycott them until they go back to the amount they used to put into them.

Nice set to give as a present. Absolutely loved the packaging. I am waiting for a boys version of this set.

A box which is complete filled with all that you need. Love to write with the pens. Also includes a nice set of marker with lovely colors.
The fine liners are ideal to be creative! Love the colors.

The box also includes a lovely notebook and two colors of sticky notes and a correction-er.

I love the quality of BIC! Never has let me down.

The worst correction product I've had the misfortune of trying with 3 separate purchases. The dispenser would fail every single time not even 1/4 used. I will never buy a Bic Wipeout ever again. No other brand gives such wasteful frustration.

I bought a Bic lighter. It was leaking lighter fluid from the bottom seam. I got burnt on my nose and hair. Then the flame followed the fluid to the bottom of the lighter and I threw down the lighter. This all happened very fast. I contacted Bic, they said to send them the lighter. When they saw the bottom of the lighter was burnt they claimed there was an outside fire source. I explained it to them and they dismissed me. I've been on fire before, this has brought the nightmares back. I had to cut my beautiful hair short. Bic doesn't care about their products and the safety of their users.
