Working with Bibby Financial Services was the best decision we could have made, starting up as a new company, the Bibby team where on hand with everything and supported us with all our invoice financing requirements. Our relationship Manager and Executive Lucy Adams and Joanne O'Connor have been really supportive and the most loveliest people to work with, they are always on hand to speak with when we have any issues and make everything so streamlined. We couldn't praise Michael Gordon enough he is so efficient with all our debt collections and customer movements on our account. Speedy work
Having spent months working with one finance broker who just didn’t ever seem to be able to come up with the goods, I spoke with a recommended broker who at very short notice managed to work with Bibby to help out with the acquisition I was working on.
I worked with Ian Hayes and James Hamill, who both worked extremely quickly to obtain an offer that worked for me and the acquisition. They were responsive, helpful, and very communicative, to ensure everything ran smoothly.
Everyone always said funding is the part that takes the longest in an acquisition, but for me, that couldn’t have been more wrong following working with Ian and James.

As a business that has grown rapidly, Mark Savill Transport Ltd needs a facility with flexibility and an understanding of the industry, Bibby continuously surprise us with their straight forward approach. Absolutely Seamless experience

Mixed performance Zero and Five
This is a hard one as a particuar issue followed an increasing number of corporate box ticking policies that seemed aimed at making life more difficult for its customers while providing, one assumes, some minor benefit to the company - it has became this way over the past 12 months or so, too many people sitting in a centralised back office somewhere creating policies that make life difficult for those in the real world.
My rating would have been no stars of it was not for the team members that we regularly work with who totally saved the day, and appreciated the serious challenges we faced from some arbitary and unamed change in fund transfers which allowed Barclays to held a very large sum of our money for more than 10 days while they checked out some unamed issue?Even though we have been transfering funds between the same accounts for more than 21 years!
People like Jordan Cheng, Helen Arrowsmith and Tom in Forex are however the heroes of the story helping escalate this gross, unexplained and clearly unecessary injustice, while looking at potential work-arounds as a fall back. They kept me on board when I was ready to say enough we are taking our business elsewhere!
The Bibby team members in Adderbury that we deal with are true diamonds. They would get six stars if that was possible.

Sometimes in a day there are issues that need to be addressed to balance the account. Nayan Patel has always through good communication managed to resolve these. I have found that having a good working relationship pays dividends in that it achieves the end goals quietly and efficiently.
