Bright Ideas Accountancy Anmeldelser

Very friendly and efficient accountants. Always ready to help when needed.

Millie is always on top of things!

I'm too busy to worry about payroll, VAT, and other accounting issues, so having Millie remind me and proactively manager everything is a great relief!

I'm exceptionally new to the world of accountancy and self-employment. It was one of the key worries I had stepping into this. Millie has been a complete relief to have by my side with it all and I have never felt more comfortable knowing that I have that arm around my shoulder whenever I need it.

The onboarding process was seamless. It was a lot of work from my side to ensure everything could be set up, but I followed concise and clear instructions that allowed a really smooth transition. This has proved to be a consistent asset from BI Accountancy with the ongoing service provided continuing to display an excellent standard.

If that experience with Millie is something to go by, I can certainly vouch for Bright Ideas to be a stellar performer in the accountancy service market, and would absolutely recommend their services to anyone at any stage of their accountancy experience.

Prompt and professional advice. Always willing to help and provide practical guidance - they have a great understanding of personal and LTD company tax and VAT matters.

Excellent service. I was nervous about moving online with an accountant but I have been with them 2 years and it's one of the best things I did. Harrison has been amazing and always answers email queries promptly, very easy to talk to and makes my end of year much easier. Brilliant service.

I signed up to use BI Accountancy after researching my options for my startup business, so I could focus on running my business, not doing the accounts and returns. On day one I was introduced to Zac and he has been my contact for accounting since then (fantastic in the modern era!). In terms of the basics, BI Accountancy did exactly what they said they would do: handle my tax returns, year end, provide accounting software and provide an accountant for queries. The actual service quality however is where they really shine. Zac has provided advice, answered queries and assisted promptly and professionally whenever I've been in touch. The service provide exactly the piece of mind and support I was looking for. I've recommended these guys to numerous other business contacts over the past year.

Good service provided by Zac.
Would recommend the team at BI accountancy - have used them for a few years now.

Millie continuously provides outstanding service. She is approachable and readily available to speak whenever I have any queries. Millie is very knowledgeable and always takes time to explain everything thoroughly with me. Thank you Millie!

I recently moved both of my companies from a different accountant to BI Accountancy and have been working with Millie. Working with Millie has been an amazing experience - she's been incredibly knowledgeable and has been able to answer all of my questions. Unlike other firms where you’re often passed around accountants, having a dedicated accountant really helps and speeds things up. Millie also helped me out of a tough spot and was incredibly quick to resolve the matter, putting my mind at ease! Overall, I would highly recommend BI Accountancy!

A special thanks to the entire BA team and especially to Sophie who has always been very professional and helpful in answering our every doubt.

Excellent service from Michael McCullion and team at BI.
I transferred accountancy services for our LTD in 2018 and for the past 5 years the experience has been pretty much flawless.

Very quick and efficient to respond to questions and very user friendly system, especially for someone not used to self-employment, self-assessment etc.
I would definitely recommend.

I'm someone who is new to running a limited company and Millie has been a fantastic help. She's knowledgable and super-patient, explaining things in a way that is simple to understand to make sure that I get the maximum benefit from the company. I can't recommend her highly enough - thanks Millie!

Sophie has been absolutely fantastic and has sorted out all issues I had with setting up my business from an accounting standpoint. She attended to all items with a sense of urgency. Thank you.

My Accountant Millie McGaughey is absolutely brilliant. Since I started up as a Limited Company - IT Contractor last year, she has been there every step of the way with me. I cannot thank you enough Millie, and long may it continue.

I've been working with Millie for 9 months now,
and I find her reliable, patient, professional and helpful.
Thanks Millie!

I am pretty new to running a business account and Millie has been so helpful and understanding. Answering calls and emails promptly, taking the time to explain things to me and give me lessons on Freeagent when required! The fact that she is willing to deal directly with the HMRC on my behalf is a great weight off my mind and gives me the confidence that everything is done correctly. Thank you Millie!!!

Sophie has been extraordinary helpful and made my experience with BI accountancy enjoyable. I am worry free as I know she is on top of things. The hallmark of Sophie ability is to make complex accountancy simpler and understandable.
