I’d never heard of bgastore until ChatGPT suggested it. I think the products are great and the customer service is even better. Good on them.

The frames are lovely and the team solve the problems very fast.

Frames delivered well wrapped and were as described.

Very slow delivery. Online tracking showed it sat in one sorting centre not moving for 6 days. Quality of the frame is mediocre for the price. HOWEVER... the choice of frames and sizes is very good. The size I received is perfect and the cheap/plastic quality doesn't look too bad from a distance on the wall.

Ordered two mirrors with trepidation if I'm being completely honest based on reviews. After missing out on one of the mirrors I really wanted I decided to go ahead. BGA were brilliant. Very efficient, dispatched within hours of ordering and mirrors arrived so well packaged. GLS seem to be the glitch in service, according to tracking they had the mirrors in Germany for 4 days which is a bit wild with current EU logistics. Extremely happy with my mirrors and look forward to ordering again.

Great products. I struggled to find the picture frame size I needed, but BGA had it.

The frame was a perfect fit for my picture.

It did take a long time to be delivered but was in perfect condition when it arrived.

Customer service excellent

I ordered 3 weeks in advance of my anniversary, thinking this would be plenty of time to receive my order. Still hasn't come and my anniversary is tomorrow. Normally their shipping is pretty fast and reliable. Their products are also well made. I'm just very disappointed with the shipping this time.

Great quality frame! Packaging was perfect to avoid damage to frame. Only thing the delivery time frame was off by a week but I was in no hurry so that's okay. Contacted customer service at one point too and they were very helpful too. You can order any frame in any size which is a big plus and why I chose this website to order.

Paid extra for express handling, got my order in 10 business days, estimate was 2-6 days (before express handling. Got the frame and it was damaged, scratched. No response to email. Ignorant, scammy business. Stuff ships from Sweden fyi in case you still want to go ahead and throw money in the bin.

Updating to 2 stars as the customer service was great once they got back to me. Unfortunately delay and damaged item is too much of an issue hence the 2nd star is for their representative not the product or service

Great customer service, super responsive and easy to deal with. Had ordered an item that got damaged in transit - Immediately new item was sent without any hassle whatsoever.

Very very poor quality. The cover is box cardboard and the photograph slots are thin. The whole thing feels like a cheat office supply folder. The little box's on the cover of the album aren't even square. They really should be embarrassed to sell this and the absolute audacity to charge €50 for it too is incredulous. 3 weeks for shipping by the way, chinese dropshipped rubbish fit for the bin..
