⭐ 0/5 – Extremely Disappointing Experience and No After-Sales Support

I purchased two tables from this seller, and unfortunately, both tables arrived with major scratches and paint damage. Since the seller had promised around a 10-year warranty, I contacted Sachin Yadav expecting the issue to be resolved professionally.

However, the experience after the purchase has been extremely disappointing.

When I first reported the issue, I was simply told that someone would come and fix it. I waited patiently, but it has now been more than one month, and nobody has visited or resolved the problem.

During this one month, I have made around 100 calls to Sachin Yadav regarding the same issue. Most of the time, my calls were not answered. Today, when he finally happened to pick up the call, instead of providing a proper solution, I was given excuses about a transportation issue and other reasons.

This is completely unacceptable. If you are selling a product with a 10-year warranty, then providing proper after-sales service should be your responsibility. A warranty is meaningless if the seller keeps delaying the issue and does not send anyone to actually resolve it.

I paid for two tables in good condition, not damaged products with a promise that someone would fix them someday.

One month of waiting + around 100 calls + no resolution = extremely poor customer service.

I would strongly recommend potential customers to think twice before purchasing from this seller, especially if after-sales service and warranty support are important to you.

Very disappointed with the product condition and, even more so, with the complete lack of accountability after the sale.

I get sent a survey and I am still waiting for the product to ship. No emails to keep me updated as to what is going on and no tracking information. Dreadful customer service. Hopefully I'll like the print if and when it finally arrives

Absolutely loved the product but unfortunately the pinkie finger was broken.
This really surprised me as it was really well packaged.
It was for a friends funeral the day after it arrived so I couldn’t return it. Still made a beautiful impact on the day and everyone loved it!
