Reasonable Speed with Fair Options
It took three working days for BetweenBox to process my package after it arrived at their warehouse. I wish it could be quicker. Their shipping options are decent. I was able to get a mounted archery bow and accessories shipped to Canada for less than 250 euros through La Poste and, to my pleasant surprise, it arrived in fewer than two weeks.
Overall a great reshipping service with good ROI.

I have been using Betweenbox for nearly a year.I was initially worried to use a company I haven’t used before especially because of the amount of parcels I was expecting. However I have nothing but good things to say about them they have exceeded my expectations. I have at least 30 items shipped to London weekly and everything has been running smoothly from day 1. They are quick to respond and always keep updated. I highly recommended using Between box if you are thinking about it.

You'll get your package, and that's about it
Twice goods arrived broken due to haphazard consolidation. The first time, I received an adequate compensation but was told that no further guarantee would be provided on any of my packages in the future. The packaging is often inadequate, either because they don't care or lack packing materials. This may or may not be a problem depending on what you're sending.
The weight of the incoming packages used to be registered so that you could check what you're paying for but what's registered was often not the real weight but the quoted weight that would be on the label. Likewise for the packages sent. Once I was overcharged for wrong weight of the consolidated package, which I only caught by chance.
All incoming packages are opened (which may be a problem for some) and made photos of, which is presented as a service for you but is probably mainly a way to check nothing prohibited is sent: later on I would only get photos of some of them.
When I picked an option to "discard original shipping boxes" (which seems a logical option to save on space if they're already unpacked anyway), they also discarded the items' original packaging, even if it saved no extra space left the bare items bump around in the consolidated package.
When I put in a different delivery address while having the package sent, this was on one occassion ignored and the package was still sent to the address that's set as main in my account.
Questions which bring little extra value to their business, such as when I was not certain whether a package has arrived (sometimes photos are made, sometimes not, sometimes deliveries are signed in the system under one line as two packages) or when it wasn't clear to me whether a specific package could be consolidated with others or not, were ignored and left unanswered, in the latter case arguably because they already received my money, so why bother.
The service apparently charges low fees of their own and then exorbitant shipping prices (about three times the charge you'd pay if you sent with the courier on your own), which I'd consider shady marketing. That said, you can calculate the shipping price beforehand on their site, quoted without tax. It has happened, however, that they decided that a package was oversized (which yes, is mentioned as a possibility on the website) and I had to (without prior notice) pay for two packages instead (of course, also twice the consolidation charge, altough the other shipment was only one package), despite the fact the shipping calculator on the site can give you a price for packages twice the imaginable consolidated size/weight and more. It might have been the best option to send them separate, which I doubt, or else they were lazy to deal with it and/or lacking in appropriately-sized packing materials, and there's no way to check.
Nothing ever got lost and all packages reached me, but that's about it. The way the prices are handled and the level of the rest of the service was a necessary evil as long as there wasn't be a competitive reshipping service which can, at the moment, provide a similar level of reliability at one third of Betweenbox's price. So thankfully, I was able to switch.
EDIT:
If what you're saying is that I am a reshipping company and I sent tens of car parts through you to another European country several times so that I could then write this review, I guess that speaks for itself. I think it's fair to mention the price comparison as part of my experience with you, as for you to charge as much as you want. In time, others may turn out to be worse than you, but that changes nothing about your current "quality".
As for the oversized package, what you say about informing me when I had it sent is true. I don't take any issue with it anywhere in my review. It's also possible that no consolidation fee (which was a small part of the whole payment anyway) was charged on the second "oversized" shipment. I believe it was because it made me slightly unhappy to see it there while paying but I may remember wrong and you don't archive any invoices to check later. This changes little about my whole experience.
99 % of my items were new, unused car parts in original packaging. With some, the packaging was lightly dusty or dirty from storage but your suggestion that makes it sound as if I sent used engine parts leaking grease is a lie. The things that got broken, if that has anything to do with it, were new plastic mouldings. You did not choose to secure them well enough while repacking. Many items arrived okay but you repeatedly only used air cushion filling to save time, effort and maybe storage space, which left the items bump in the packages.
I described how you reacted to these issues, which I think was fair, just not "quality". I described my experience as accurately as possible. Your emotional reply is your image.
