I like the Bet UK website and the range of markets available. I had lots of losing bets and then had two or three winners on the bounce and they restricted my account to a maximum bet of £2 which is ridiculous. There are better bookmakers out there.

This is scam, After I won significant amount and requested withdrawal, despite completing verification with all requested documents. They closed my account "after Safer Gambling review"
I had 4555£ in my balance and they seized it without a reason.
I do not recommend this casino.

Nice quick and easy sign up process, good welcome offer and, from what I've seen so far, a fantastic choice of slots. It's one of the few Casino sites that I've joined recently that have a decent Trust Pilot score which is on of the main reasons I've joined and ,so far, first impressions back that score up. I rarely leave reviews so the fact that I have for BetUK is a good sign but it also means that if my initial impressions prove to be wrong I'll be obliged to re review it at a later stage but fingers crossed, that won't have to happen.

The customer service of Betuk is appalling. I have spent a lot of hard earned money and won a certain amount. I have withdrawn this amount but instead of them putting it into my bank they have withheld my withdrawal and suspended my account without notice. I will be taking this further but for now I will wait to see of I get my fairly earnt money or even a reply to the four emails I have already sent the customer services. I wont ever use this site again.

Extremely poor experience all round. App was very slow or froze completely. Then received an e-mail today to provide verification documentation - copy of Bank statement and photo of bank card. Tried 6 or 7 times to carry this out today but on each occassion I was informed that the uploads / photo's had been rejected. Sorry but it's easier to get a Passport or Concessionary Travel Card! BetUk - Thanks but no thanks.

Scammers. All ok until you don’t win and want to withdraw money. That time the problems start. Verification should be done when register, while they start to care about who you are after you win. Excited that you win? That goes away so quickly. You win once, documents verification, take some time and you get headache by their poor system. You are legit, yet they are not happy to pay out, so when you win again? They want verify your cards detail this time. If you long time customer, they pick old card in their system which you don’t even use anymore. Headache start again as old card you usually destroy and get that information from bank is not easy. They purposely do that in hope you fail and they don’t pay out. It’s honestly disgraceful company.
