Prima betrouwbaar. Wel vaak wat oudere bussen en bijzondere chauffeurs. Altijd bij ons. Maar optijd en de kosten zoals afgesproken.

Easy process to book & make payment. I engaged with Zia who is polite and prompt with his responses. We received the drivers details 2 days before the booking and managed to communicate with him shortly before our trip to monitor his estimated time of arrival. Thank you. Offered cheap initial deal.
One day before charged me more and knew I was in no position to change at such a late date.
On email of complaint to company, they pretended not to know who A2B coaches were.
Not very intelligent of them when I have everything saved.
Bullied me to pay them upfront or refused to come back for the group.
Will be reported to authorities.

Very positive experience. Booked for a work trip and did this very easily online, paying in advance. Received driver details the day before the trip who called within a few minutes to confirm. Gary, our driver, was friendly and helpful and the coach clean, modern and comfortable. Would definitely use again.

The worst experience ever, we booked a buse for a children’s trip to a park visit sometime ago. Bus never showed up and no one answered the calls for hours. After spending hours in the rain infront of Aldi car park with children, someone managed to finally answered the call and told us that there was delays with the bus and it was on its way to us after two and half hours of meeting time. We called again after sometime to get the updates and they told us that bus broke down. Which was a complete lie. Who got our money refunded but they never bothered to refund our money that we lost booking a place for a day for nearly 20 plus children and volunteers that we couldnt go. They never bothered to apologise as well. We have been told that we booked through an agent that’s why they never received our payment in the first place which is again another lie. We have booked the bus a month before the trip and had a receipt of payment from them. I will be uploading both booking confirmation and payment receipt soon. Be aware they are not trust worthy and they let us down.
